A minute for - Katelyn & her not obnoxious vibrator

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang — NEW AND OG 🖤 This week we’re joined by Katelyn - GMAM crew member and another character in the extended GMAM universe 😭 Fresh back from Malta with Bradley, Katelyn tells us about the nightmare of getting stopped at airport security with a vibrator in her bag, which naturally sends the conversation in a very raunchy direction (Robyn clutches her pearls through the whole episode lol) We’re delighted that you guys get a closer look at another one of our little cult members. Whether you’re listening on your commute, getting ready or trying not to get stopped at airport security, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ Loving the podcast? A minute for - PCOS, Pregnancy & Producer Kay

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang NEW AND OG 🖤 This week Producer Kay is back with us virtually and, in true GMAM fashion, Zoom decided to betray us and only record Kay’s face 😭 so this one is only audio this week (oops) it’s giving self produced pod 💅💅💅✨✨✨ We kick things off with COVID, vaccinations and medications before getting into a really honest chat about PCOS, birth control and the reality of navigating women’s health when you feel like your body is doing whatever it wants. The conversation gets deeper as we talk about motherhood, pregnancy fears, relationships and what support actually looks like when you’re trying to work out whether having kids is something you want - or something you’re absolutely terrified of 💀 We also get into balancing work, studying and daily routines, content creation, festival plans, comparing podcasts (dangerous territory), and the general chaos of trying to keep a million plates spinning at once. And of course we’re looking ahead to Limerick, because apparently there is always another plan, another trip and another reason for us to make questionable decisions 😭 Whether you’re listening on your commute, trying to sort your own life out, or just here for another Producer Kay appearance, we’re so glad you’re here 🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories:

A minute for - Vintage covid, Macklemore & Trump

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang NEW AND OG 🖤 This week Robyn has COVID, so naturally we’re throwing it all the way back to 2020 and recording virtually on Zoom like the vintage pod queens we are 😭 We kick things off with broken toes, and the fact Robyn and Jess had a fight before recording lolololol before somehow ending up in chats about artists, activism, integrity and whether creatives are sometimes held to a completely different standard when it comes to who they work with and what they stand for. We also get into the housing crisis, Trump, fast fashion, Amazon and the uncomfortable reality that we’re all probably a little bit hypocritical when it comes to what we expect from other people versus what we actually do ourselves. Then it’s TikTok Live drama, Producer Kay’s birthday plans in Limerick, whether Robyn is actually going to stay sober and drive down (hotel is being booked right now) We also manage to squeeze in (pardon the pun) some Ozempic and weight chats. Also because no GMAM episode is complete without a complete left turn, we finish up chatting about pyjamas, bedsheets, 100% cotton supremacy 💅💅 Whether you’re listening on your commute, rotting in bed with COVID, arguing with your best friend or changing into your favourite cotton pyjamas, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - ADHD assessments, sober raving & Dyson toothbrushes

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang NEW AND OG 🖤 This week we are covering absolutely EVERYTHING from the new Dyson toothbrush, giant pumpkin farming and baby names to the absolute SCENES we witnessed at District X 😭 Robyn tells us about her little penguin getting her an ADHD assessment for her birthday (romance is alive and well), which naturally sends us into a full chat about our sensory issues We also somehow get onto Dublin accents, how we pronounce certain words, what our future children may or may not be called and because festival season has apparently become our entire personalities, whether we are officially BURNT OUT from partying all summer. After District X we have QUESTIONS. Are we too old? Are we just tired? Is sober festival life actually the way forward? Have we finally been defeated by the fields?? 😭 NEVAAAA ahahahha Whether you’re listening on your commute, recovering from the weekend, already planning your next festival or simply here to hear how badly we pronounce words, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - THE Electric Picnic debrief with producer Kay

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang NEW AND OG 🖤 This week it’s the FULL Electric Picnic debrief with Robyn, Jess and Producer Kay We’re unpacking the entire weekend from trolley disasters, vomit bags, the runs and the hot water bottle incident, to the mountain of chips, Gibby flags, Dublin accents and the now-iconic “Oliver Plunkett” campsite situation that Kay is never going to live down. We also get into the different ways we all do festivals.. sober, ‘yoked’ and working 🫣 the reality of glamping, NOT GLAMPING, ticket chaos, the absolute toll of walking around EP for days, and some of the more serious conversations around overcrowding, crowd surges and accessibility. And of course, we have to talk about the fact that Electric Picnic was absolutely MASSIVE for us this year. The socials blew up, so many of you followed along all weekend, and the amount of love we got honestly meant the world to us. So if you’ve been here from the start, thank you for always backing us. And if you found us through Electric Picnic and you’re new to the GMAM gang - welcome to the family 🖤 We’re here every Tuesday, with bonus episodes on Fridays (when we have a ‘minute’) Whether you’re listening because you were in the fields with us, living vicariously through the chaos, or you’ve only just found the pod after EP, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Ai, Lindsay Clancy & GET US TO THE FIELDS

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’ve abandoned the studio and are recording from the bed like the professionals we are 😭 We start with dog diabetes, ovulation pain and debating whether ChatGPT is for planning your annual leave or apparently becoming your therapist, before somehow getting into Robyn’s relationship mediation skills, bangers vs fireworks, rollerblades, Electric Picnic trolleys and the very serious question of when winter actually ends. Things take a deeper turn when we chat about nasty TikTok lives, bullying, growing up feeling like the “odd one”, skin picking, health anxiety and the habits therapy has made us realise we probably need to work on. Naturally this leads to a full conversation about AI as a therapist, its questionable moral compass and the occasional completely unprompted civil war 💀 We also get into the Lindsey Clancy case and the legal system, TikTok fame, working with brands while still trying to stay authentic, and… because we physically cannot help ourselves - MORE Electric Picnic chat. GET US TO THE FIELDS. Whether you’re listening on your commute, rotting in bed with us or packing for EP, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com

A minute for - Penguins, ATN & a Flea (singular)

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re fresh back from the fields, absolutely wrecked, and somehow expected to return to normal life like nothing happened 😭 We catch up on all the post-festival chaos, from Robyn’s new girlfriend finally entering the chat 👀 to house saving, financial planning, hot water hacks, period tracking, and the very serious horror of dealing with ONE singular flea. We also get into the morning after pill, Robyn being a hypocrite, takeaway debates, relationship dynamics, and the general struggle of trying to recover from a festival while still having jobs, responsibilities and another festival to prepare for because apparently we never learn. There’s also plenty of chat about Electric Picnic prep, work-life balance, Google Maps and all the little things that somehow become massive conversations when the two of us sit down with microphones. Whether you’re listening on your commute, recovering from the fields, or just nosy about Robyn’s new girlfriend, we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - The producer Kay takeover

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week Producer Kay is taking over the pod and putting us in the hot seat for once 😭 Kay interviews Robyn and Jess separately about how Give Me A Minute actually came to be, how we both ended up here, and what the podcast has meant to us along the way. We also get a little emotional with personal messages from family, chats about turning 30, friendship, support and everything that’s happened since starting GMAM. 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com

A minute for - Make podcast equipment more expensive

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re debating whether we should attempt to record pod at a festival or if Jess is allowed a weeks podcast annual (Robyn said no and I’m sure Kay would be on Robyn’s side) stressing over editing, and discussing the very serious business of coffee machine upgrades, landlines and why baby potatoes deserve more respect (not according to Rob) We also get into relationship dynamics, sexual embarrassment, being blocked on TikTok, Jess’s extremely patient partner, and why Robyn is apparently ready to take on fake tan culture one pale makeup look at a time. Naturally, nose hairs also make an appearance ✨✨ Then as always we end up going deep because the conversation takes a more personal turn as we chat about therapy, fertility options, whether we see children in our futures, maternity leave, epilepsy, and the kind of homes and families we imagine for ourselves (when we’re grown ups because we have a few more ‘fields’ left in us) Whether you’re listening on your commute, cleaning the house or hiding from your responsibilities with a coffee of your own, we’re so glad you’re here 😭❤️ 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Megan May

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re joined by the gorgeous Megan May, who arrives slightly nervous, full of last nights Guinness and ready to tell us absolutely everything. We chat about the weird little minefield that is content creation, industry events, brand deals and trying to figure out what version of yourself belongs online. Megan tells us how Guinness vlogs became part of her thing, we get into Benjamin’s fitness journey, his real name finally being exposed, and why a nickname can apparently become a full-blown identity. We also talk about drinking habits, working with alcohol brands, and Megan finding the confidence to sing online after a slightly traumatic wedding experience nearly put her off for life. Naturally, this somehow leads us from tennis rackets, wetting yourself and to Electric Picnic antics. GET US TO THE FIELDS There’s also plenty of chat about the people social media brings into your life, the strange friendships and opportunities that come from posting online, and what future podcast chaos we might all end up involved in. Whether you’re listening on your commute, getting ready, recovering from a night out or getting ready for EP we’re so glad you’re here 😭🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com SOMEONE SPONSOR US 🔫🔫🔫 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Nicole Ivory Rogan

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re joined by the one and only Nicole Ivory Rogan 💅 We chat about how Nicole and Tammy became friends again after years apart, growing up in Balbriggan, childhood antics that probably should’ve stayed in the past, and what it’s like juggling a packed schedule, a relationship, and living with her Nana (who is apparently everyone’s Nana too) Of course, we end up going completely off track as we get into Botox, IV drips, TikTok drama, brand deals, chaotic content creation, why Ben and Adam refuse to be social media stars, and somehow even find ourselves feeling sorry for snails 💀 The conversation also takes a more personal turn as we talk about unlearning toxic relationship patterns, anxiety, Lexapro, pursuing an ADHD assessment, struggling with forms, needing constant stimulation, and finding routines that actually work. We chat about therapy, breathwork, spiritual healing, sleep, hormones, and the reality of trying to look after your mental health while navigating everyday life. Whether you’re listening on your commute, cleaning the house or just looking for an hour to switch off, we’re so glad you’re here. 🖤 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com 🖤 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for Tia Ennis, Afghanistan & Hangovers

Welcome back girlies, gays & the GMAM gang! 🖤 This week we’re recovering from a weekend away in Enniskillen, and safe to say… we’re feeling every bit of it. 😂 We catch you up on the post-hangover chaos, karaoke antics, birthday celebrations, Home Bargains hauls, and somehow end up discussing everything from UTIs and period pain to Prime Day purchases and why buying new cameras is somehow always controversial. We also get into our upcoming Vegas plans (and Adam’s very expensive taste), the realities of travelling with friends, sharing hotel rooms, relationship dynamics, and why everyone seems to have a nickname for their vagina. Because of course we do. 💀 The conversation takes a more serious turn as we chat about the viral story of the woman moving to Afghanistan, the freedoms many of us take for granted, and how different life can look depending on where you’re born. We also have a rant about vague-posting from hospital beds and why social media can be absolutely bizarre. As always, it’s a complete rollercoaster of random tangents, big laughs, and the kind of chats you’d only have with your best friends. Whether you’re listening on your commute, cleaning the house or rotting in bed with a hangover of your own, we’re so glad you’re here. A minute for - The hottest day of the year

Welcome back girlies, gays & the GMAM gang! 💜 This week it’s just the two of us, and let’s just say… recording in the middle of the hottest day of the year was certainly a choice 🥵 We’re absolutely melting from start to finish as we try to survive the heat, keep the dogs cool, and stop ourselves from arguing purely because our brains have turned to mush. 🫠 We chat about whether global warming is finally catching up with us, how the heat can affect your mental health (especially if you’re on medication), and Robyn opens up about experiencing dissociation. We chat about Robyn’s dog George causing absolute carnage. We tell the story of him launching himself out the window, somehow surviving to steal an entire lasagne off the kitchen counter, and generally continuing his mission to give Robyn a heart attack. We also discuss Jess’s latest TikTok Shop obsession in her quest to fix her scalp, catch you up on some exciting plans we’ve got coming up for the podcast, and, as always, somehow end up going completely off topic about twenty-seven different times. 📧 Business enquiries & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com 💜 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re loving the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely makes such a difference and helps more people find GMAM. A minute for - Pride, Murdering birds & How much we love you all

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang 🌈🏳️‍⚧️✨🖤 This week it’s just the two of us, and honestly we wish you the best of luck trying to keep up ahahaha x We kick things off with our usual chaotic catch-up before diving into a conversation that’s really close to home as Pride Month comes to an end. Rob chats about her identity, internalised homophobia, feeling like a fraud in queer spaces, and the constant battle of learning to fully accept herself. Of course, it wouldn’t be a GMAM episode without a complete change of topic every three minutes. We get into therapy, weddings, missing our close friends, reality TV drama, self-employment, financial stress, codependent friendships, and why making friends as adults is actually so hard. We also celebrate everything that’s happened with the podcast recently, chat about the incredible community that’s forming around GMAM, and talk about the kind of guests and conversations we want to keep bringing you. And yes… somehow we also end up discussing a genuinely traumatic bird incident. 🐦😭 We are so happy you’re here 🖤 📧 Business & listener stories: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com 💅 Follow us on Instagram & TikTok @givemeaminutepod ⭐ If you’re enjoying the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify – it genuinely helps us more than you know. A minute for - Insurance fraud, Poor mental health & Girls being gay boys

Welcome back girlies 🖤 This week it’s just Robyn and Jess back on the couch, and as usual, the conversation starts somewhere sensible before quickly descending into absolute chaos 🤌 We kick things off with car trouble, tyre drama and a series of questionable decisions that may or may not have involved insurance fraud. We also get into friendship dynamics, personal boundaries, and why Jess has somehow developed the reputation of being everyone’s honorary gay best friend. We have a really honest conversation about mental health, with Robyn opening up about her experience with anxiety, medication, and the events that led to finally seeking help. We chat about recovering from a completely burnt-out nervous system, friends stepping in when things get tough, and why asking for help is sometimes the bravest thing you can do. There’s also plenty of life updates, including Robyn’s laparoscopy journey, Electric Picnic outfit dilemmas, podcast editing disasters and some very extra birthday planning. One minute we’re discussing serious life lessons and the next we’re exposing just how unhealthy our friendship might actually be. ✨ Follow us on Instagram & TikTok: @givemeaminutepod 💌 Email: givemeaminutepod@gmail.com ⭐ If you’re enjoying the podcast, don’t forget to follow the show and leave us a rating on Spotify - it helps more people discover the GMAM gang and means the world to us. A minute for - Producer Kayleigh Marie

Welcome back girlies, gays & the GMAM gang 💜 This week we’re joined by Producer and Social Media Manager Kayleigh Marie, who’s back on the couch to help us unpack the incredible response to last week’s episode with her mum, Maggie. We reflect on some of the powerful conversations that came from sharing Maggie’s story and hear Kay’s perspective on what it was like listening back to such a personal and emotional episode. We chat about generational trauma, family dynamics, and how our childhood experiences can continue to shape us long into adulthood. As always, the conversation takes a few unexpected turns as we dive into OCD, intrusive thoughts, mental health, family alcoholism, medication journeys and navigating life’s challenges while trying not to completely lose the run of ourselves. We also chat about grief, finding love, appreciating the people who show up for you, and some of the lessons life has taught us along the way. A minute for - Maggie Maguire

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang 💜 This week we’re joined by the incredible Maggie -Producer Kay’s mam, for what is undoubtedly one of the most powerful and emotional conversations we’ve ever had on the podcast. Maggie opens up about her childhood growing up in an incredibly difficult home environment, navigating family addiction, poverty, neglect and trauma from a very young age. She shares what it was like caring for her younger siblings, the involvement of social services throughout her childhood, entering foster care, and the lasting impact those experiences had on her life. We talk about becoming a mother at just 16 years old, her struggles with mental health over the years, and the challenges she’s faced while trying to build a different life for herself and her family. Maggie also speaks honestly about her complicated relationship with her own mother and how love, forgiveness and family can exist alongside pain and difficult memories. This is a conversation about survival, resilience, motherhood and finding strength in the most unimaginable circumstances. It’s a deeply moving episode, but as always, there are laughs, honesty and moments of warmth throughout. We laughed, we cried, and by the end of it we were completely in awe of Maggie. This is one of the most important conversations we’ve had on Give Me A Minute, and we’re so grateful she trusted us with her story. ✨ Follow us on Instagram & TikTok: @givemeaminutepod 💌 Email: givemeaminutpod@gmail.com New episodes every Tuesday. Thanks for being part of the GMAM gang. 💜🎙️ ⚠️ Content warning: This episode contains discussions of childhood trauma, addiction, neglect, foster care, sexual abuse and mental health struggles which some listeners may find distressing

    A minute for - Paige’s Puss Flora

Welcome back girlies, gays, theys & the GMAM gang! 💋 This week we’re joined once again by everyone’s favourite Ballyfermot icon, Paige Behan, for what might be our most educational and chaotic episode yet. After last week’s conversation about Paige’s journey, this episode gets into all the questions people are usually too afraid to ask. Paige opens up about her gender-affirming surgery, recovery, what life is like afterwards, and answers the questions she’s been asked a million times over the years. We discuss the extensive assessment process required to access gender-affirming surgery, including the multiple psychiatric assessments and medical approvals that trans people are often required to undergo before receiving treatment. We also have a really honest conversation about fertility, with Paige speaking about finding out as a teenager that she was infertile, how that affected her growing up, and the wider conversations around fertility and family planning within the trans community. As always, it’s not all serious - there’s plenty of laughs, oversharing, questionable questions, and absolutely no topic left untouched 💅 (understatement of the year) ✨ Follow us on Instagram & TikTok: @givemeaminutepod 💌 Email: givemeaminutpod@gmail.com New episodes every Tuesday. A minute for - Paige Behan

GIRLS WE LOSE VIDEO TEMPORARILY DUE TO A BUG WHEN DOWNLOADING 😭😭 5-10 mins of a blank screen audio stays and then we come back SO SORRY. (Robyn’s dogs are her WiFi box) Welcome back girliesss 💅 This week we’re joined by our pal Paige Behan and it’s one of the most honest, emotional and important conversations we’ve had on the podcast so far. Paige opens up about growing up in Ballyfermot, being diagnosed as intersex, and her journey transitioning from male to female in Ireland. We talk about identity, friendship, dating while trans, and the reality of navigating relationships while dealing with fetishisation and misunderstanding from men. We also get into the realities of trans healthcare in Ireland, including Paige’s experience travelling to Germany for surgery, undergoing two separate SRS procedures, and the emotional and physical impact that came with it all. Paige shares the story of being refused medical care in St James’s Hospital after surgery and how she ultimately took a court case and won - after being denied treatment based on gender discrimination. Alongside all of that, we also chat about Paige’s MANY lives and careers 😭 from years working in The George to going back into medicine and her dreams of medical school (she’s gonna change the world of trans healthcare in Ireland) 💅💅 As always, even with the heavier conversations, there’s still loads of laughs, chaos and completely unhinged moments throughout. We love you divas, thank you always for the love 💘 Xoxo The GMAM gang 💋

A minute for - Dead dogs, Mattresses & Smear tests

Welcome back girliesss 💅 This week gets a bit more emotional than usual as Jess opens up about the heartbreaking loss of her dog and the impact it’s had on her mentally. We chat honestly about grief, anxiety, OCD, and the reality of trying to keep functioning when your brain is absolutely not cooperating 😭 We also get into advocating for yourself medically, smear tests, sexuality, mental health struggles, and the frustration of trying to actually get help when the healthcare system feels impossible to navigate. Robyn talks about her laparoscopy journey and the anxiety around surgery, while Jess shares her decision to finally seek psychiatric help. Obviously in true GMAM fashion… there’s also complete chaos throughout. We spiral into Mick’s mattress disaster, the truth behind the bob haircut, bikini panic before holidays, our new fitness challenge, and why Adam might secretly be the funniest person alive. It’s emotional, funny, slightly unhinged, and very very honest / basically like a FaceTime call with your friends when everyone’s oversharing. We love you divas, thank you always for the love 💘 Xoxo The GMAM gang 💋
