Woo Wisdom

Andy Walker

Woo Wisdom is for people who have looked at reality and thought, *there has to be more going on than this.*

Hosted by Andy Walker, the show explores the strange edge of human experience: near-death experiences, intuition, ESP, past lives, spirit communication, synchronicity, alien encounters, mystical states, and the paranormal moments people never forget.

These are the stories that do not fit neatly inside ordinary explanations. The dream that came true. The voice that warned you. The loved one who appeared after death. The impossible coincidence. The UFO encounter. The moment outside time. The experience that made someone question everything they thought they knew.

Each episode features conversations with authors, researchers, experiencers, spiritual teachers, healers, and curious thinkers who are willing to go where most people won’t: into the mystery of consciousness itself.

Woo Wisdom is not about blind belief, and it is not about debunking everything into dust. It is about staying open, asking sharper questions, and listening closely when people describe encounters that changed their lives.

Some episodes offer practical ways to strengthen intuition, recognize synchronicity, and become more aware of the unseen patterns shaping your life. Others take you deep into the weird, beautiful, unsettling, and sometimes mind-bending experiences that suggest reality may be far stranger than we were taught.

Whether you are skeptical, spiritually curious, or carrying an unexplainable experience of your own, Woo Wisdom invites you into a bigger conversation about consciousness, mystery, and what it really means to be human.

S2 Ep22 - Divine Timing, Synchronicities & the Signs We Miss with Leon Aryah Lewis

How do you know when something is truly a sign — and when it’s just a passing thought? Psychic and bestselling author Leon Arayah Lewis joins Andy to explore divine timing, synchronicity and the idea that some experiences arrive only when we are ready for them. Leon shares the story behind Inside Out: A Journey of the Soul, a book he wrote decades ago but says was not meant to be published until now. He explains why he believes the soul enters life with a plan, how spiritual guides may help us recognize important moments and why he sees synchronicity as different from coincidence. Andy also asks how to distinguish genuine guidance from wishful thinking or ordinary happenstance. The conversation becomes personal when Leon gives Andy a soul reading and identifies a pattern around momentum, self-doubt and pulling back just as things begin to move forward. They also explore free will, meditation, fear and what it means to trust the timing of your life without knowing exactly what comes next. Woo Skill This episode’s Woo Skill offers a simple way to test whether a possible sign has real staying power or is simply a passing thought. Extended Episode In the Woo Wisdom+ extended segment, Andy reflects on why Leon’s reading hit so close to home and what it stirred up around persistence, self-trust and the direction of the show. S2 Ep21 - Am I Psychic or Just Going Crazy? With Shamanic Healer Silviya Doneva

Are you intuitive, imaginative or just overthinking everything? Shamanic healer Silviya Doneva joins Andy to explore how we can tell the difference between intuition, fear and the stories our minds create. Silviya once worked as a computer engineer and trusted logic above almost everything else. Then, during a dark period in her life, her grandfather, who had been dead for more than 20 years, began appearing to her in broad daylight. In this episode, Silviya explains what intuitive information can feel like, why fear often arrives with urgency and a story attached, and how to recognize the quieter first impression underneath it. Then Andy becomes the guinea pig in a simple Woo Skill designed to test intuition before the analytical mind takes over. In the extended Woo Wisdom+ conversation, they explore soul retrieval, lost confidence, spirit animals and what it means to reclaim parts of yourself you feel you have lost. S2 Ep20 Your Higher Self is Trying to Reach You With Dr Loren Cielo

What is your higher self, and can you trust its guidance when your life appears to be falling apart? Dr. Loren Cielo returns to explain his model of the higher self, the soul and the part of our awareness that enters the human experience. He and Andy explore intuition, dreams, synchronicities and the spiritual signs we may overlook. Loren also reveals how fear, old programming and other people’s energy can make guidance more difficult to recognize. Woo Skill in This Episode: At about the 30-minute mark, Loren guides Andy through a grounding meditation designed to help you connect energetically with your higher self. The message Andy receives is immediate, personal and exactly what he needs to hear. Extended Episode In the extended episode: Loren shares a remarkable astral experience that changed how he understands the soul’s journey into human life. S2 Ep19 - Meet Your Shadow with Spiritual Mindset Coach Erin Socall

Why do we sabotage ourselves, make choices we know are bad for us or react way too strongly to something small? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy talks with spiritual and mindset coach Erin Socall about the shadow self, the hidden part of us that can drive judgment, fear, people-pleasing, anger, avoidance and self-sabotage. But Erin offers a different way to look at it: What if your shadow is not trying to destroy your life? What if it is trying to protect you? Erin explains how the shadow can develop from fear, past experiences and the need to feel safe, and why simply becoming aware of it is not enough. The real work, she says, is learning how to recognize it, understand what it wants and integrate it rather than trying to eliminate it. Andy becomes the guinea pig when Erin walks him through a shadow-work exercise and introduces him to “Mr. Krusty,” the frustrated, impatient and judgmental part of himself that may actually be trying to protect him from failure and embarrassment. They also explore the higher self, Erin’s “Woo Woo Crew,” emotional triggers, self-trust, forgiveness and why sometimes an outsized reaction to a very small problem can reveal something much deeper. The Woo Skill: Name Your Shadow This week’s Woo Skill is simple: give the part of you that reacts, judges, avoids or sabotages a name. When you notice a reaction that seems bigger than the situation, stop and ask: What is this part of me afraid will happen? What is it trying to protect me from? And what does it actually need? Naming the shadow can create just enough distance between you and the reaction to make a different choice. You are not trying to get rid of that part of yourself. You are learning how to hear it without automatically letting it drive. Woo Wisdom+ Extended Episode For Woo Wisdom+ members, the conversation goes deeper into the spiritual framework behind Erin’s work. Erin introduces the Tree of Life, explains how she combines it with tarot and oracle cards, and explores how patterns from childhood can continue shaping our emotions, relationships and choices decades later. The conversation also becomes much more personal as Erin reflects on what her own shadow work has taught her about parenting, regret, forgiveness and learning to trust herself again. It is a deeper look at what self-love can actually require when you get beyond the affirmations, bubble baths and easy answers. S2 Ep 18 - The Woo of Pet Communication with Animal Communicator Mary Clouse

Can your pet understand when you’re moving? And can you actually explain what’s happening before the boxes, movers and new surroundings turn their world upside down? Animal communicator Mary Clouse returns to Woo Wisdom for her second appearance to connect with Andy’s cat Fergie before a major family move. The stakes are real: the last time the family moved, Fergie returned to their old house 11 times. Mary shares why she believes Fergie kept going back, what animals may understand about major changes and how pet owners can help them feel safer during a move. Mary also explains how she believes animal communication works, why our bond with a pet may matter and a simple exercise for tuning into the first image, feeling or thought that comes through. Woo Skill in This Episode Want to see if you can tune in to your own pet? This episode’s Woo Skill gives you a simple exercise inspired by Mary’s method to help you notice intuitive impressions before your logical mind gets in the way. S2 Ep 17 - The Art of and Magic of Self Love

What does it really mean to love yourself, especially if no one ever taught you how? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker speaks with self-love teacher, intuitive, and author Jennifer Posada about why self-love is not something you earn after becoming better, more successful, or more spiritual. It is a daily practice of recognizing that you are already worthy of love. Jennifer shares an action-oriented approach to self-love built around the body, pleasure, presence, and self-gentleness. She explains how small choices, such as resting, dancing, enjoying a warm shower, spending time in nature, or noticing the first sip of coffee, can help you reconnect with yourself. The conversation also explores the difference between self-care and self-love, why loving yourself is not the same as ego or arrogance, and how nourishment can make intuition and inner knowing easier to access. Show notes: https://woowisdom.com/s2ep17 Woo Skill in This Episode: The Pleasure Book The episode’s Woo Skill is a simple journaling exercise called the Pleasure Book, which helps you record the moments that felt good during your day. Over time, this practice can help you recognize pleasure more easily, become more present, and create a stronger relationship with your own inner knowing. In the Extended Episode Woo Wisdom Plus members can continue the conversation as Jennifer and Andy explore the deeper relationship between self-love, physical pleasure, spirituality, and intuition. Jennifer discusses how pleasure can support healing and personal transformation, why sexuality has often been separated from spirituality, and how physical experiences can help people return to their true nature. She also explains how activities such as gardening, walking, music, and ecstatic dance can create receptive states in which intuitive messages arise more naturally. The extended episode also includes stories from Jennifer’s work, her memories of past lives and existence before physical form, and her belief that self-love can help people safely reopen intuitive and spiritual gifts they may have learned to suppress. S2 Ep16 - Are You Afraid to Die? with Author Liz Scott

Psychologist and author Liz Scott was terrified of dying. Instead of avoiding that fear, she decided to investigate it. In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Liz joins Andy Walker to discuss the personal losses and breast cancer diagnosis that forced her to confront her mortality. Her search led through psychology, near-death experiences, panpsychism, psychedelics, psychic readings and competing theories about whether consciousness survives death. Liz explains how her fear of complete annihilation gradually shifted toward the less frightening possibility of dissolution. She may not remain recognizably “Liz,” but she has become more open to the idea that consciousness and the elements that form us belong to something larger. Andy and Liz also explore why near-death experiences differ, whether frightening experiences could reflect the shadow self and how a powerful 5-MeO-DMT experience changed Liz’s understanding of connection. The Woo Skill in this episode is simple but challenging: Approach the fear instead of escaping it. Set aside 10 quiet minutes, name what specifically frightens you about death and allow every feeling to be present without trying to argue it away. Liz’s central lesson is that avoidance gives fear more power, while honest attention can begin to loosen its grip. Plus, Woo Wisdom+ members hear Liz discuss what her openness about death may be teaching her daughters and grandson, along with her surprising experiences with psychics, mediums and unexplained forms of consciousness. S2 Ep 15 - Pets That Returned From the Dead: 5 Viewer Stories

Can pets return after death? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker shares remarkable viewer stories about animals that may have communicated after dying. A deceased black cat appears to run between his owner’s legs without touching her. Other cats seem to return by settling onto beds or playing with bedroom lights. A rabbit owner experiences an intense physical cold connected to her pet’s death, while another repeatedly sees a shadow rabbit before her animal passes. The episode also explores a possible case of animal reincarnation involving Callie, a cat raised by dogs, and Rory, a puppy who shares her colouring, markings and unusual behaviour. In the extended episode for Woo Wisdom+ members, Andy leads a guided intuitive exercise to help listeners connect with a deceased pet, notice possible signs and receive impressions without immediately dismissing them as imagination. S2 Ep 14 - Up Close, Life-Changing UFO Sighting with James Michael Walker

What would you do if the clouds began to spin, you blacked out, and your next memory was standing frozen beneath a glowing flying saucer? James Michael Walker says that happened to him in Hayward, California, when he was 12 years old. In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Michael shares the encounter that changed his life, the missing time surrounding it, and the recurring dreams he believes may contain memories of being aboard a craft. He also describes a strange childhood vision involving a four-foot-tall waitress, possible screen or implanted memories, later psychic experiences, and a more recent UFO sighting witnessed by his wife. Michael remains careful about his conclusions, but he believes these encounters reveal something important about intuition, consciousness, human potential, and our connection to realities beyond the physical world. In the extended interview, Michael explores the biblical symbolism that appears throughout his experiences, including Ezekiel’s wheel within a wheel, the Ophanim, Merkabah mysticism, and the possibility that ancient descriptions of angels and divine vehicles were attempts to explain advanced craft. Woo Skill in this episode: If you have experienced something you cannot explain, do not isolate yourself. Speak with someone who has lived through a similar encounter, document what you remember, and seek out a grounded support community that will listen without immediately dismissing or defining your experience. S2 Ep 13 - NDE Void: Awareness in Emptiness

What happens if consciousness survives the brink of death—but finds no tunnel, no light and no one waiting? In this documentary-style episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker explores the strange phenomenon known as the NDE void: near-death experiences in which people report remaining fully aware inside darkness, emptiness or apparent nothingness. For some experiencers, the void is terrifying. For others, it feels peaceful, blissful or filled with an indescribable presence. Andy examines research and accounts connected to Bruce Greyson, Nancy Evans Bush, Pim van Lommel, Kenneth Ring, Howard Storm, Mellen-Thomas Benedict and Peter Panagore. The episode also becomes unexpectedly personal when Andy realizes that someone close to him has experienced a blissful NDE void. Have you had a near-death experience? S2 Ep 12 Mindsight: Seeing Without Your Eyes With Dr. Edith Ubuntu Chan

For the first time on the Internet, Dr. Edith Ubuntu Chan demonstrates mindsight. In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker speaks with Dr. Edith, a Chinese medicine doctor, consciousness teacher, and founder of Blindfold Vision, about seeing without the physical eyes, awakening intuition, and training human perception beyond the five senses. Dr. Edith shares the childhood experiences that opened her to energy healing, the qigong meditation that felt like “an NDE without the D,” and the path that led her from Harvard and the tech world into Chinese medicine and consciousness training. Then she gives a live demonstration. Wearing a blindfold, Dr. Edith identifies objects Andy holds up on camera, and reads words and a book title through a video call all while blindfolded. Andy and Dr. Edith also discuss AI, telepathy, human potential, and why the next stage of human development may depend on cultivating the abilities machines do not have. S2 Ep11 - The One Where Psychic Medium Jennifer Shaffer Found My Keys

This week on Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker revisits a Season 1 conversation with psychic medium Jennifer Shaffer, a former stockbroker who now works with law enforcement on missing persons cases, murder investigations, and cold cases. This updated version includes a new real-life twist. During the original January 2026 interview, Jennifer walked Andy through her intuitive process to help locate his wife’s missing Audi key fob. She pointed toward the garage, the laundry room, and something like a bag or container. Months later, while editing the video version for YouTube, Andy found the key where Jennifer said it would be. Jennifer explains how she receives intuitive information, why detachment matters, and how anyone can practice using intuition to find missing objects, make decisions, and ask better questions. She also talks about her work with law enforcement, her early experiences with intuition, and the role of meditation, heart coherence, and nonjudgment in becoming a clearer receiver of information. Woo skill in this episode: How to find anything psychically Jennifer Shaffer walks Andy through a simple intuitive method for finding lost things. Get quiet. Picture the object clearly. Notice the first place, image, word, feeling, or body sensation that comes in. Then gently push further without judging the information too quickly. In Andy’s case, Jennifer first feels into the missing Audi key fob and it turns up months later where she said it would be. Extended episode summary Andy shares a new follow-up story about using Jennifer’s lost-object method with his son Carter. After Carter loses a computer cable, Andy guides him through the same process Jennifer demonstrated in the episode: close your eyes, notice the first place that comes in, put your hands out, and feel your way toward the object. Carter follows the pull upstairs to his bedroom and finds the missing cable. Then Jennifer goes deeper into how to work with intuition without letting fear take over. She explains how to ask whether a feeling, thought, headache, or emotional charge actually belongs to you, and why sensitive people can sometimes pick up information that is not theirs to carry. Jennifer also discusses intuitive protection, judgment, signs from loved ones, and why fear can distort what comes through. Her core message is simple: everyone has intuition, but clarity comes from practice, detachment, and learning not to overrule the first information that arrives.

S2 Ep10 Are Alien Abductions Real? With Simon Bown

Are alien abductions real, or are thousands of people somehow reporting the same strange patterns by coincidence? Simon Bown, host of Our Paranormal Afterlife and author of Aspects of Alien Abduction: Shocking UFO Encounters, Volume One, returns to Woo Wisdom to explore one of the strangest edges of human experience: alien abduction accounts and their connection to consciousness. Simon has interviewed many people who report contact, missing time, strange body marks, childhood encounters, screen memories, classroom-like learning environments, medical procedures, hybrid children, and beings ranging from Grays to Nordics, mantis beings, and reptilians. In this episode, Andy and Simon explore why these stories often seem to follow a sequence, beginning in childhood with non-threatening images such as clowns, owls, monkeys, or other figures, then moving into teaching experiences, missing time, and more disturbing adult encounters. Full show notes: https://woowisdom.com/s2ep10 Woo Skill in This Episode in this episode is how to recognize possible signs of an abduction experience and what to do about it. Simon explains why people should not panic or jump to conclusions, but instead look for repeated patterns, write down memories or marks, educate themselves through experiencer accounts, and, if needed, seek out a hypnotherapist who has experience working carefully with strange or anomalous memories. This conversation is disturbing, fascinating, and deeply Woo Wisdom. It starts with UFOs, but it does not stay there. It leads into memory, trauma, incarnation, intuition, and what human consciousness may really be. Extended Episode Summary In the Woo Wisdom Plus extended episode, Andy shares two personal experiences with Simon: strange lights seen during a consciousness retreat in Sedona and a frightening middle-of-the-night encounter involving paralysis and the image of a Gray alien face. Was it anxiety, sleep paralysis, dream imagery, or something stranger? Simon responds through the lens of his research and opens the door to an even deeper conversation about alien contact, NDEs, out-of-body experiences, fairy lore, hypnosis, and the strange places where all of these phenomena seem to overlap. S2 Ep9 - The Trouble With Fairies with Mhara Starling

Do you believe in fairies? And if you don’t, would you still know better than to mess with them? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker talks with Welsh author, witch, druid, teacher, and folklorist Mhara Starling about the trouble with fairies, why they are not Tinkerbell, and how fairy lore opens a serious conversation about consciousness, ghosts, alien encounters, household spirits, and the unseen world. Mhara is the author of Welsh Fairies: A Guide to the Lore, Legends, Denizens and Deities of the Otherworld. Her work explores Welsh fairy lore, Welsh magic, animism, witchcraft, druidry, and the old stories that still seem to hum underneath modern life. In this conversation, Andy and Mhara explore the Welsh fair folk known as the Tylwyth Teg, the otherworld of Annwn, fairy mischief, fairy morality, liminal places, household spirits, and the strange caution that still surrounds fairy lore in Wales. Mhara also shares practical fairy etiquette for anyone curious enough to begin respectfully acknowledging the unseen presences that may live close to home. Woo Skill in This Episode This week’s Woo Skill is fairy etiquette for the woo curious. Mhara suggests beginning close to home by acknowledging the spirit or fairy associated with your own household. Set aside a small, respectful space where you can leave simple offerings such as milk, cheese, or a small piece of food. The point is not to demand proof or force an encounter, but to recognize your home as a living place with its own presence, memory, and unseen relationships. She also recommends paying attention to liminal spaces and times. Fairies are traditionally associated with thresholds: doorways, bridges, edges of water, dawn, dusk, and the spaces between one state and another. If you want to explore fairy lore experientially, approach those places with humility, curiosity, and caution. Woo Wisdom+ Extended Episode In the extended episode, Andy shares his own possible fairy encounter. In an old rectory in Grimsby, Ontario, and later in an old farmhouse, he noticed small shadowy forms seeming to peek around doorways at a low height. Mhara connects the experience to Welsh lore about the Pukka, a mischievous household or farm spirit that can begin as a trickster or poltergeist-like presence but sometimes becomes attached to a family. The extended discussion also covers fairy protection, including iron, rowan berries, red thread charms, gorse, and the old folk practice of turning clothing inside out if one feels “pixie-led.” Mhara also explains the difference between trying to keep fairies away and building a cautious magical relationship with them. S2 Ep8 - The 2026 Planetary Shift That Will Disrupt Everything with Astrologer Stephanie Gailing

In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker welcomes back wellness astrologer Stephanie Gailing for a grounded, practical look at the 2026 planetary shift and the great disruption it is bringing with it and the impact it will have for our personal lives, relationships, creativity, money, technology, and the wider world. Stephanie explains why astrologers are paying close attention to the rare alignment of Uranus in Gemini, Neptune in Aries, and Pluto in Aquarius, and why she sees this moment not as something to fear, but as an invitation to wake up, release what no longer serves us, and consciously redesign the parts of life that feel stale, stuck, or out of alignment. Andy and Stephanie explore why disruptions can open the door to bigger transformation, and how the July 2026 Barbault Basket alignment may offer a symbolic moment for reclaiming personal power, creativity, joy, and collective possibility. If you’ve been feeling the pressure to change, but aren’t sure where to begin, this conversation offers a compassionate and useful way to start. Show notes: https://woowisdon.com/s2ep8 Woo Skill in This Episode The woo skill in this episode is learning how to work consciously with change instead of resisting it. Stephanie Gailing suggests that the 2026 planetary shift is not a reason to panic, but a chance to practice becoming your own “agent of disruption.” That begins with small, intentional shifts. Rearrange a routine. Take a different route. Question an old assumption. Notice where your life has become too rigid, repetitive, or drained of vitality. These simple changes help build flexibility, awareness, and trust in your ability to move with uncertainty. Stephanie also recommends using Neptunian practices such as dreamwork, journaling, music, art, doodling, walking at dawn or dusk, and spending time in liminal spaces. These practices can reveal what wants to be released and what wants to emerge. The skill is simple but profound: ask what gives you life, what takes life away, and what change would create more joy. Extended Episode for Woo Wisdom+ Members In this extended Woo Wisdom Plus conversation, Andy and wellness astrologer Stephanie Gailing move beyond the personal meaning of the 2026 planetary shift and into the bigger questions many of us are already feeling: What happens when old systems start to shake? Who holds power when institutions lose trust? And how do we stay awake, grounded, and human in a world changing this quickly? Stephanie does not offer predictions. Instead, she reads the moment symbolically, looking at the astrological energies around conflict, U.S. politics, polarization, AI, technology, and collective change. What emerges is a deeper conversation about war, illusion, agency, citizen action, and the places where people may be called to stop handing their power away. The discussion also explores how Uranus in Gemini could challenge rigid either/or thinking and open the door to something more imaginative than “us versus them.” On technology, Stephanie connects Pluto in Aquarius to the rise of AI and the growing concentration of digital power—raising the urgent question of whether we can use these tools without surrendering our creativity, sovereignty, or community. This is a wide-ranging, thought-provoking extension of the main episode for listeners who want to go deeper into the collective side of the 2026 Great Disruption—and what it may ask of each of us.

S2 Ep7 - The Trap of Never Enough with The Mindful CEO Aaron Hendon

What if the thing keeping you anxious is not failure, but the belief that you still do not have enough? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker talks with Aaron Hendon, also known as The Mindful CEO, about the trap of never enough and how to finally step out of it. Aaron is a realtor, entrepreneur, coach, meditation teacher, and longtime explorer of the place where mindfulness, manifestation, business, and real-world responsibility meet. He shares the moment he realized he had the marriage, the family, the business, and the life that looked pretty close to the dream, but underneath it all, he was still worried. That realization led him to see how much of his life had been shaped by the chase for “enough,” and why that chase can become a game you can never actually win. Together, Andy and Aaron explore money as energy, meditation, conscious creation, intuition, gratitude, and the tension between being mindful and being a CEO. They also talk about why Western culture has trained many of us to overvalue logic while ignoring the quieter signals coming from the body, intuition, and source. Near the end of the episode, Aaron walks listeners through a simple breathing practice that can be used in under a minute to calm the nervous system, step out of fight-or-flight mode, and bring attention back under conscious direction. If you have ever looked successful on paper but still felt like you were waiting to finally feel safe, this conversation is for you. Woo Skill in This Episode Aaron teaches a simple 4-2-6 breathing practice to help calm the nervous system and bring your attention back to the present moment. Breathe in for four counts, hold for two, and exhale for six. The longer exhale helps signal safety to the body and can be used before a stressful conversation, after work, or anytime your mind starts spinning. Woo Wisdom+ Extended Episode In the extended episode, Aaron shows how to recognize the small intuitive signals you usually ignore and use them as a practical path back into alignment. You’ll hear how to tell the difference between forcing a decision and moving with the flow, why small nudges are often worth listening to, and how self-kindness can become the ground for better intuition, better choices, and better action. S2 Ep6 Proof of the Afterlife? With Simon Bown

What happens when people clinically die... and come back convinced consciousness survives death? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker talks with Simon Bown, host of the Our Paranormal Afterlife podcast and author of Verified Near Death Experiences: Proof of an Afterlife. Simon has interviewed hundreds of near death experiencers, researchers, mediums, and consciousness explorers. Together, they explore the growing body of reports suggesting that consciousness may continue beyond the body. The conversation explores why many near death experiencers return with enhanced intuition, reduced fear of death, dramatic personality changes, and sometimes even psychic abilities. They also discuss life reviews, astral projection, reincarnation, altered states of consciousness, spirit guides, and the surprising overlap between near death experiences and UFO encounters. If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s evidence for an afterlife, this episode goes deep into one of the most fascinating mysteries of human existence. Full show notes: https://woowisdom.com/s2ep7 Woo Skill in This Episode The Woo Skill in this episode is learning how to approach a near death-like state without dying through out-of-body practices such as astral travel. Andy asks Simon Bown what tools people have if they want to experience some of the consciousness-expanding benefits of a near death experience without going through a medical crisis. Simon points to out-of-body experiences, also known as astral travel, as the closest accessible practice. Simon explains that during an NDE, people often report being out of the body, seeing from a different vantage point, and experiencing a broader sense of awareness. Astral travel appears to touch a similar doorway, though Simon notes it may not have the same intensity or “hyper-real” quality many NDE experiencers describe. He also discusses the Monroe Institute, where guided methods, binaural audio, and altered-state training are used to explore out-of-body consciousness. The practical takeaway is that altered states can be trained. Practices such as meditation, hypnosis, binaural audio, and astral projection training may help people explore consciousness beyond ordinary waking awareness. Woo Wisdom+ Extended Episode In the extended episode, Simon Bown goes deeper into the connections between near death experiences, past life regression, astral projection, and UFO encounters. Simon explains how past life regression can uncover emotional patterns, fears, and recurring soul relationships that appear to carry across lifetimes. He also shares stories involving spirit guides, recurring animal companions, and the healing side of regression work. The conversation then shifts into the overlap between NDEs and alien encounter experiences, including enhanced intuition, electrical disturbances, altered consciousness states, and out-of-body experiences. S2 Ep5 - The Akashic FBI Analyst with Adam Dickinson

Former FBI analyst Adam Dickinson joins Andy Walker to explore the surprising overlap between investigative logic, intuition, and the Akashic Records. Adam explains how intuition quietly became part of his work at the FBI, how flow states strengthened his decision-making, and why he now helps professionals and entrepreneurs navigate career pivots using both analytical thinking and intuitive insight. The conversation explores Adam’s “Intulogic” framework, body awareness, somatic intuition, entrepreneurship, burnout, and why many successful people privately rely on instinct more than they admit. Adam also gives a grounded explanation of the Akashic Records and explains how he uses them as a practical tool for guidance, clarity, and decision-making. Woo Skill in This Episode Adam Dickinson shares his “Intulogic” approach, a decision-making framework that combines logic with intuition. By paying attention to body signals, emotions, and intuitive impressions alongside rational thinking, Adam believes people can make clearer, more aligned choices in business, relationships, and major life transitions. Woo Wisdom+ Extended Episode In the extended Woo Wisdom+ episode, Adam Dickinson goes deeper into advanced intuition work, ethical boundaries around the Akashic Records, and how he personally uses intuition during difficult decisions and periods of uncertainty. S2 Ep4 That Time Woo Wisdom Went Viral

In this reflective and highly personal episode of Woo Wisdom, Kay Walker interviews host Andy Walker about the rapid evolution of the show, including the surprising moment when a recent YouTube episode unexpectedly went viral. Andy explains why he rebranded the podcast from WooBiz to Woo Wisdom, describing how intuitive guidance, numerology, and energetic alignment all played a role in choosing the new name. The conversation also explores Andy’s growing fascination with AI creativity, including the development of the new Woo Wisdom theme song and an original AI-assisted track called The Spirit in You. He shares how tools like Suno and ChatGPT are opening entirely new creative possibilities for non-musicians and creators. Beyond the business and branding discussion, the episode becomes a candid update on Andy’s personal intuition development journey. He discusses meditation, Reiki training, spirit communication, manifestation work, and experiences receiving intuitive messages and predictions that later appeared to come true. At its heart, the episode is about experimentation, trusting synchronicities, and what can happen when someone openly commits to exploring intuition while remaining grounded in curiosity and skepticism. S2 Ep3 - Change Your Story Transform Your Life with Coach Allie Reeves

What if the biggest thing holding you back isn’t your situation… but the story you’re telling yourself about it? In this episode of Woo Wisdom, Andy Walker sits down with Coach Allie Reeves to explore how belief, identity, and action come together to shape your results. Allie shares how she went from repeating unhealthy patterns in her life to consciously rewriting her story and creating a completely different outcome, including manifesting her husband and building a multi-million dollar business. They also get into what happens when things fall apart. Business setbacks, personal loss, and those moments where it feels like nothing is working. Instead of seeing these as signs to stop, Allie reframes them as part of the process that builds resilience, perspective, and better decisions. This episode also includes a simple daily practice you can use to reset your mindset, focus your energy, and start moving forward again. If you’ve been feeling stuck, this one is going to hit. What You’ll Learn: Why your results are shaped more by your story than your circumstances How identity drives behavior and long-term success What “delulu” really means and how to use it productively How to move through setbacks without losing momentum A simple daily exercise to shift your mindset and take action Woo Skill from This Episode: Allie shares a short daily practice that combines gratitude, intention, and action. Start your day by getting quiet and connecting to something bigger than yourself. Instead of asking for what you want, thank in advance for it. Then write down what you’re grateful for, followed by what you’re calling into existence today. Finally, list three actions you’ll take to move forward. It takes about 10 minutes, but done consistently, it can completely change how you show up and what you create.
