Katy Rexing

Welcome to Within, a space for women allowing themselves to simply be. Hosted by wife, mother and mindfulness mentor, Katy Rexing, this show reimagines the unrealistic standards that keep us from our truest nature. Here, we unravel the programming that taught us things like perfection, shame and overwhelm and settle into our deepest knowing and self trust. Each week, Katy will be joined by thought leaders and experts who are choosing to unravel the belief about how and what a woman should be and instead are coming home to themselves. We’ll share raw, real conversations around trying to live mindfully, aging, sobriety, current wellness culture, and what it really means to be a woman in today’s day and age.

There Has to be More: Walk Into the Unknown with Jaemi Pierson

Jaemi Pierson is one of the most inspiring people I follow on Instagram, so I had to bring her wisdom straight to you on WithIn! Jaemi is a high performance mindset coach and the creator of Her Empowered Mind. At 46, she walked away from a 20+ year career in the corporate world when she realized that society’s definition of success was not bringing her joy. She knew there must be more to life, and so she set out on a path to find it with only one idea of where to start - on Instagram - despite never having posted publicly on social media before. Today on WithIn, Jaemi shares: How she transitioned from corporate to entrepreneurship, despite believing that she ‘would never be an entrepreneur’. Jaemi’s definition of success, and how it has has changed through this experience Her experience of going from a private social media free life to sharing publicly everyday What is identity work? Jaemi’s tools and how they have each changed her life: Hypnotherapy, guided visualization, and unguided meditation Follow Jaemi and learn more about working with her at @jaemi.pierson on Instagram This October, I’m hosting a women’s retreat at CIVANA in Arizona—a deep reset for women who are craving some space away from the noise of everyday life to reconnect with themselves. It’s three days to slow down, listen inward, and come back to the parts of you that can so easily get buried beneath everything you carry for everyone else. The Sunday Scaries: Anxiety and What You Can Do About It

Last week I found myself in my closet, overcome by a heavy bout of The Sunday Scaries - It wasn’t anxiety about the approaching Monday, but anxiety about the entire fall season. After a beautiful summer focused on my family, the realities of the fall felt like too much to face. I know I’m not alone, so today we’re going to talk all about anxiety. What anxiety is (and is not), how to address anxiety through both your body and mind, and a reminder that you are more than enough to face any challenge that comes your way. Today on WithIn: The overwhelm that can come with starting life back up after a pause You anxiety is a check engine light Tactics to address your anxiety that you can begin right now The truth your anxiety will never tell you: you are capable and supported This October, I’m hosting a women’s retreat at CIVANA in Arizona—a deep reset for women who are craving some space away from the noise of everyday life to reconnect with themselves. My Foundations of Well Being

I’ve made peace with my body and food, and I’ve consciously built a life that feels intentional and aligned. Today I’m sharing the external, internal, and relational shifts I made over time to get to this beautiful space I’m so grateful to be in now.
