Does It Have to Get Bad Before You Question It?

In this episode, I share a deeply personal story from my first IVF clinic—where something felt wrong almost immediately, but I kept overriding that feeling because they were the experts, I didn’t have enough evidence, and nothing had gone “badly enough” yet to justify leaving. It got me thinking about how often we do the same thing at work, in relationships, and in other parts of our lives. What if “something feels off” doesn’t have to mean quit, leave, or blow up your life—but it might be enough reason to get curious? We’ll explore why looking at another possibility can feel strangely disloyal, why we sometimes distrust our own information in the presence of expertise, and what might change if we let curiosity simply be curiosity.

Is it fear? Or something else?

As high achievers, we see fear and we do what we've been taught needs doing: push through. No excuses. Keep moving. But what if that's not always the case? What if sometimes, the fear or hesitation is our life trying to tell us something?

When to Push Through Fear...and When Your Life Is Trying to Tell You Something

High-achievers are very good at pushing through—which is exactly why “push harder” may not always be the growth edge we think it is. This episode explores our relationship with struggle and suffering, why we distrust what comes naturally, and what we might discover if we treated resistance as information instead of automatically something to conquer.

    The REAL C You Need

How often are you waiting to feel confident before you do the thing that matters? In this episode, I explore why confidence often comes after action, how courage gives us a way forward without pretending we aren’t afraid, and why you may already be far more courageous than you realize.

What Are You Making It Mean?

Something happens—and almost immediately, our brains start explaining what it means about us, someone else, or the future. In this episode, I explore the difference between what actually happened and the story we’ve built around it, and one of my favorite questions for loosening the grip of a painful interpretation: Is this story serving me?

Maybe You Trust Yourself More Than You Think

We talk a lot about needing to “trust ourselves more”—but what if self-trust isn’t actually missing? This episode explores the quieter ways we already trust ourselves, what happens when fear gets too loud to hear ourselves clearly, and why getting support doesn’t mean giving our authority away.

The Pressure to Make the Right Decision

What if the pressure to make the “right” decision is actually making it harder to move? In this episode, I explore our desire for proof before we choose, why we often already know more than we think we do, and what becomes possible when we stop expecting a decision to come with certainty.

    Stop Judging. Start Exploring

You don't have to choose between ambitious goals and peace. In this episode, we explore how to pursue big dreams without becoming trapped by them, why high-achievers spend so much time grading themselves, and how small trials can help you stay connected to yourself while moving toward the life you want.

    Failure Is Impossible

What if failure isn't the opposite of success? What if it's part of how we become who we're meant to become? In this episode, I share why I no longer believe failure exists the way I once did, how some of the hardest experiences of my life changed me in ways success never could, and why the outcome may not be the only thing you're meant to receive.

    Why Failure Feels So Personal

Why does failure hurt so much? Not because of the event itself—but because of what we've learned to make it mean about ourselves. In this episode, we explore where that story comes from, why your Survival Mechanism works so hard to avoid failure, and how separating what happened from what it means can change everything.

Hidden Agenda of "How"; Don't Rush to It

One of the fastest ways to abandon a dream is to jump immediately into figuring out exactly how you'll make it happen. In this episode, we explore why high-achievers instinctively rush to the "how," what fear has to do with it, and why staying with the desire just a little longer often changes everything.

    Start Hearing Yourself Again

Many high-achievers don't actually struggle because they don't know what they want. They struggle because they've spent years getting really good at listening to everyone else. In this episode, we explore how to begin hearing yourself again—and why practices like journaling, walking, running, and giving your mind space aren't about forcing clarity. They're about making room for it.

Hidden Gold Behind "I don't know"

In this episode we talk about how sometimes “I don’t know” isn’t confusion. It’s protection. Growth starts when we stop accepting “I don’t know” as the final answer and gently get curious about what may be underneath it.

Your Survival Mechanism Is Not the Enemy

In this episode we'll get in our Survival Mechanism and specifically how it is not our enemy, not something to be banished or never seen again. Growth, success and alignment come from noticing what shows up, honoring it and choosing intentionally instead of reacting automatically.

    Two Things Can Be True

Have you ever looked at your life and thought: "I should be happier than I am?" In this opening episode, Rebecca explores a truth many high-achieving women quietly wrestle with: you can love your life and still feel like something is off. We'll talk about why feeling unfulfilled doesn't make you ungrateful, why judging yourself only makes things harder, and how one simple realization—that two things can be true—can create space for curiosity, compassion, and change.
