For those who don’t know the full story, Jack grew up on Australia’s Gold Coast and spent most of his life chasing a career in surfing. From winning two World Junior Championships, competing on the World Surf League Championship Tour and traveling the world as a professional surfer, surfing has shaped almost every part of his life.


But there’s a lot more to the story than heats, results and waves.

In this solo episode, Jack looks back on the journey that got him here — the highs and lows of competing, life on tour, becoming a husband and dad, stepping into business and creative projects, and navigating the strange transition that comes when the thing you’ve spent your whole life chasing is no longer the only thing defining you.


No real agenda and nothing overly polished. Just Jack sitting down and telling his story in his own words.
