The Psychic Case Files with Dallisa Hocking

Dallisa Hocking

A true crime podcast on missing persons, cold cases, and mysterious deaths with 5th generation Psychic Medium Dallisa Hocking.

The Psychic Case Files is for people who love true crime and still have questions the official story never answered. Episodes look at real unsolved cases — a disappearance, a mysterious death, a cold case that went quiet — and looks at it through mediumship, astrology, tarot, and the impressions of a working psychic medium. You get the known facts first. Then you hear what spirit, the charts, and the cards may be pointing to.

Dallisa crowdsources public-domain cases and lesser-known cases with her community of psychics, astrologers, mediums, and card readers. Together they compare notes, follow synchronicities, and look for patterns investigators may have missed.

Host Dallisa Hocking is a fifth-generation psychic medium, approaching every file with respect for the families still waiting, and with a clear line between intuitive insight and the official record.

Listen if you love true crime podcasts, unsolved mysteries, missing persons, readings on real cases, or a grounded look at what a psychic medium sees when someone vanishes or a death does not add up.

Brian Shaffer: The Night He Vanished (Painting Healer Reading with Elspeth)
In this episode of Psychic Case Files, Dallisa sits down again with Elspeth, known as The Painting Healer, to explore the disappearance of Brian Shaffer. Brian was a 27-year-old Ohio State medical student who vanished in the early hours of April 1, 2006, after a night out at the Ugly Tuna Saloona in Columbus’s South Campus Gateway. Cameras caught him outside the bar talking with two women, then he stepped out of frame. No footage ever showed him leaving the building. He had lost his mother only weeks earlier and had plans to fly to Miami with his girlfriend, Alexis, a couple of days later. Twenty years later, the case remains unsolved. Elspeth works by sitting in meditation until impressions begin to play like a film, then paints while she narrates what she sees. In this episode she channels from Brian’s point of view that night and shares what she saw. This is intuitive work shared for discussion and awareness only. It is not evidence and does not replace the official investigation. Alleged. Opinion only, not facts. If you’re listening on audio, the full visual of Elspeth painting Brian’s portrait in real time is available on the YouTube version of this episode. The Dowsing Rods Answered | What Happened to Brian Shaffer?
Episode 2 of the Brian Shaffer file. If you have not heard episode 1, start there. This one goes into dowsing rods and what they revealed around the key questions. On April 1, 2006, 27-year-old Ohio State medical student Brian Randall Shaffer was outside the Ugly Tuna Saloona in Columbus just before 2 a.m. Cameras caught him talking with two women. They never caught him leaving the Gateway building. His car stayed behind. He missed a flight to Miami with his girlfriend. He has not been seen since. In this episode, fifth-generation psychic medium Dallisa Hocking asks the dowsing rods the questions the footage could not answer. The rods cross for yes and open for no. She reads what comes through beside them, in real time. If you are on audio, she calls each answer as the rods move. The rods are asked whether Brian went back into the bar, whether he spoke to the band, whether he used the construction door or a door the public was not meant to use, and whether he was avoiding someone at the main exit. They are asked about the phone that reportedly rang and pinged after he was missing, whether he was met with foul play on the walk toward his apartment on King Avenue, whether he knew the person, and whether he was taken against his will. The reading closes on where his body is, and whether there will be physical proof in this lifetime. This is an intuitive case file, not a police conclusion and not a named accusation. The hope is that another set of questions can sit beside the official record for the people still waiting. He Walked Into a Bar and Never Came Out: The Brian Shaffer Case
On the first night of spring break in 2006, 27-year-old Ohio State medical student Brian Randall Shaffer walked into a second-floor campus bar with friends. Security cameras caught him going up the escalator at 1:15 a.m. They caught him again at 1:55 a.m., talking with two young women in the foyer outside the Ugly Tuna Saloona. Then he stepped out of the frame. The cameras never recorded him leaving the building. Brian had just buried his mother. He had dinner with his father that night. He had plane tickets to Miami two days later, and he was planning to propose. His car was still at his King Avenue apartment. His bank accounts were never used again. More than twenty years later, he has not been found. This episode is the opening file for Psychic Case Files case: the disappearance of Brian Shaffer. Fifth-generation psychic medium Dallisa Hocking walks the documented timeline first — who Brian was, the bar crawl, the last confirmed image, the construction-side exit, the refused polygraph, the Hilliard phone ping, and the leads that have come and gone since 2006. Then we name the questions this month is built to sit with: the last ten minutes, the building’s blind spots, the walk home that never happened, and whether what happened to Brian was a choice, an accident, or someone else’s crime. All psychic, mediumship, card and astrology impressions are welcome. If you have information about Brian Shaffer: Columbus Division of Police — 614-645-2358 or 614-645-4545 Central Ohio Crime Stoppers — 614-461-8477 (anonymous) Read the companion article and follow the conversation: https://dallisahocking.substack.com/p/d393066e-7a2c-4516-88a7-55fe36b92221 The Psychic Case Files with Dallisa Hocking looks at missing persons, cold cases, and mysterious deaths through mediumship, astrology, tarot, and a community of intuitives — facts first, then what the official story never answered.

Nolan Wells Tarot Reading: What the Cards Say About His Last Hours on Horn Island
Psychic Case Files — Nolan Wells Horn Island · July 4–6, 2026 Tarot Card Reading. Opinion only, not fact. Eighteen-year-old Nolan Wells went to Horn Island on the Fourth of July. Last confirmed sighting around 3 p.m. Friends left around 4:30. His body was found the morning of July 6. His phone and keys went home with the original group. There was discoloration on the back of his head — no fracture, no broken skin, inconclusive after two examinations. In this episode I take five questions to the cards: 1. What happened in his last hours after the group left around 4:30 p.m.? 2. How — and under what circumstances — did he enter the water? 3. Why were his cellphone and keys left with the group that returned? 4. What does the discoloration on the back of his head represent? 5. Who, if anyone, was with him after the last confirmed sightings? I test one working theory against those spreads: he stayed to keep talking with a young woman and catch a later ride; he treated the original boat as a safe locker for his phone and keys; after that boat left he was still in circulation; a man engaged him in play that does not feel malicious in the cards; balance went; there was pressure toward the back of the head as he entered the water; he did not come back up. This is not a cause of death, not an accusation, and not a substitute for the investigation. No living person is named as a perpetrator. Cards pulled in this episode: Q1 — Queen of Swords, Knight of Pentacles, 6 of Pentacles, Queen of Cups, Ace of Cups Q2 — 2 of Pentacles, 3 of Pentacles, 2 of Wands, Ace of Wands, 5 of Pentacles Q3 — 6 of Wands, 7 of Cups, The Magician, Knight of Pentacles, 6 of Swords Q4 — Ace of Cups, The Magician, 10 of Wands, Temperance, 5 of Pentacles Q5 — Ace of Pentacles, 8 of Pentacles, King of Cups, 2 of Pentacles, Queen of Wands I’m Dallisa Hocking, a fifth-generation psychic medium. Nolan Wells & Horn Island: Forensic Astrology of His Last 90 Minutes
Eighteen-year-old Nolan Wells cooked dinner for his parents on July 3rd, hugged his mom, and left for a boat trip to Horn Island off the Mississippi coast. By 4:31 p.m. the next day, his friends’ boat had left without him. By July 6th, his body was found on the shoreline. In this Psychic Case Files episode, 5th generation psychic medium Dallisa Hocking sits down with forensic astrologer Tahnee Zogg for their third case together. Tahnee casts the sky over three timestamps: 3:00 p.m. — Nolan last seen 4:31 p.m. — the boat leaves Horn Island 11:15 p.m. — a friend calls Nolan’s mother They walk the public questions the family and this community are still holding: What happened after he separated from the group? How did he enter the water? Why were his phone and keys on the returning boat? What does the discoloration on the back of his head mean? Was anyone with him after the last confirmed sighting? Tahnee reads Mars, Uranus, the asteroid DNA, a death pattern that appears at 4:31, Venus standing alone (the girl he stayed to talk to), and why a perpetrator signature is strangely quiet in this chart. She holds both possibilities in the same hour: heat, disorientation, and drowning — and the slower, harder question of an acquaintance no one expected. This is not a verdict. It is a lens. The official autopsy, toxicology, and retained neck structures still belong to the investigation. Guest: Tahnee Zogg — forensic astrologer Host: Dallisa Hocking — psychic medium, The Psychic Case Files If you have factual information about July 4, 2026 on Horn Island, contact the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. Nolan Wells & Horn Island: A Psychic Painter’s Investigation
On July 4, 2026, college football player Nolan Wells went by boat to Horn Island off the Mississippi Gulf Coast with friends. They came home. He did not. His body was found July 6 near the shoreline. Cause and manner of death remain undetermined. His phone and keys came back with the group. Lawyers and a defense fund appeared before answers did. Fifth-generation Psychic Medium Dallisa Hocking sits down with Elspeth Tremblay — The Painting Healer — whose YouTube series on the Nolan Wells case has grown to 33 psychic sketches. Elspeth explains how she channels while she paints, then uses dowsing rods to test what comes through. She walks through her working theory. They also talk about the silence around the case: friends who retained counsel quickly, witness statements that felt timed, Officer Tatum’s interviews with the friend group, and the tight-knit community energy that makes a code of silence easier than the truth. Elspeth is clear about her line: she only works cases where the energy feels clean, and she does not treat a painting as a police report. This episode is for listeners following the Nolan Wells investigation, unsolved true crime on the Gulf Coast, and psychic mediumship applied to missing persons and cold cases. Insights here are intuitive working theories, offered with care for Nolan’s family, not legal findings. Opinion only. He Never Got Off That Island: The Nolan Wells Case (Psychic Case Files)
On July 4, 2026, 18-year-old Nolan Wells took a boat to Horn Island with friends. Hundreds of people were there. His group came home. He did not. Two days later, his body was found on the shoreline. His phone and keys had already made it back to the mainland. Officials first pointed to drowning. An independent autopsy left the cause of death undetermined. Months later, the public still does not have a clear account of his final hours. This Psychic Case Files briefing lays out only what is known — the timeline, the publicly known details — then names the key questions this community is going to work. We are not here to replace the investigation. We are here to listen for what still wants to be known, and to hold this case with care for Nolan’s family. If you feel pulled to this one, stay through the questions at the end. That is where our work begins. How My Psychic Mediumship Works on Missing Persons Cases
How does a psychic medium actually read a missing persons case? In Episode 2 of The Psychic Case Files, 5th generation psychic medium Dallisa Hocking takes you inside the work: what comes through when someone vanishes, when a death does not add up, and when the official file has gone cold. This is the episode for listeners who love true crime podcasts and want to know how mediumship, intuition, and spirit contact are used on real unsolved cases — not as a parlor trick, but as another way of looking at a life that still needs answers. Dallisa walks through how her psychic mediumship works on missing persons cases and mysterious deaths. What she sees. What she hears. And how the known facts stay in the room while spirit, synchronicity, and the unseen get a seat at the table. If you have ever wondered what a working medium pays attention to first — the last place someone was seen, the energy around a disappearance, the difference between fear and a true hit — this is the podcast for you. Episode 1 opened the Psychic Case Files. This episode shows you how the gift meets the case. Follow The Psychic Case Files podcast for weekly episodes. Inside the Psychic Case Files: How This True Crime Project Began
What if a true crime podcast didn’t stop at the last police report? In this first episode of The Psychic Case Files, 5th generation psychic medium Dallisa Hocking opens the project: a true crime series on missing persons, cold cases, and mysterious deaths, read through mediumship, astrology, tarot, and a community of psychics, astrologers, mediums, and card readers. This is the origin episode. Dallisa shares what the Psychic Case Files actually are, why she started looking at unsolved cases in the first place, and how families, lesser-known cases, and public-domain files found their way to her. You’ll hear how this show works: the known facts first, then what spirit, the charts, and the cards may be pointing to. If you love true crime podcasts but keep circling the same question — what really happened? — this is the door in. No gore for sport. No fake certainty. Just a grounded psychic medium walking you through why these cases still matter, and how a circle of intuitives looks at the ones that went quiet.
