THE DRAMA Movie Review + THE SUPER MARIO GALAXY MOVIE, I WILL KILL YOU, and PROJECT HAIL MARY | SEATED Podcast | Ep. 28

Hosts Tre'vell Anderson and Ray Love Jr. RSVP for the most stressful pre-wedding week of the year in their review of Kristoffer Borgli's dark, provocative, and deeply uncomfortable A24 romantic comedy, THE DRAMA. Starring Zendaya and Robert Pattinson as a blissfully engaged couple whose picture-perfect relationship is derailed by a shocking, unforgivable confession, the film unravels into a chaotic psychological stress test that questions the limits of empathy, morality, and forgiveness. Ray and Tre'vell dive deep into the messy relationship dynamics to unpack their complicated reaction to the film's hypocrisy and moral weaponization. Tune in for their verdict: is this squirm-inducing nuptial nightmare a "Seated," "Stream It," or a "Skip It?" Plus, the hosts play a special "Five On It" edition of the Black Cinema Games titled "The Z-List," highlighting other standout movies starring Zendaya. Finally, they close the show with Good Vibes Only, sharing what's bringing them joy this week.
