Dude, Where’s My Vitamin A, E, C, D, B2, B6, B9, and B12??
Apologies for the late upload! I cannot stress how absolutely devastated I am that I recorded for forty minutes towards the end and only video (not audio) recorded! There will absolutely be a part two to this because I have much more to say and share! That aside, please enjoy this weeks episode of Schauer Thoughts, we are going on a long journey through the land of light and LEDs so hide your vitamins and slather on the sunscreen because subject-matter will be quite photoDEGRADING. Ayo! Word play *untz untz* I will also be discussing my research on the *historically* shared diagnosis of autism, schizophrenia, and epilepsy and *part of* my theory for why that was. Again, I must apologize because the part that tied them all together was included in the portion that did not have audio. What I am NOT saying here: Artificial lighting is universally bad. Artificial lighting is the sole cause of any chronic/ immune/ psychological disease, disorder, or diagnosis. There is nothing to be done to protect yourself, your vitamins, your health from light pollution. Vitamins and turning off your lights are the cure for everything! Remember folks, nuance! And yes, absolutely feel free to run this by your dietician, PCP, therapist, etc. Please enjoy and know that more resources are coming.
