No More BullShift

Peggy Hinshaw and Marci Coomer

No More Bullshift!

It is time to shift the narrative, start rewriting your story and take control of your life!
If you’re tired of recycled advice, done with your own excuses, and quietly wondering “Is this really as good as it gets?”—you’re in the right place.

No More Bullshift is a smart, honest, sometimes funny, sometimes uncomfortable podcast where real women who’ve actually lived the shifts talk about what it truly takes to move out of victim mode and into self-leadership. No bypassing. No toxic positivity. No pretending growth is cute or convenient.

Hosted by Peggy Hinshaw and Marci Coomer, this show feels like the conversations that happen when the masks come off and the truth finally gets told—the kind of conversations that call you forward without tearing you down.

We talk about relationships, identity shifts, emotional responsibility, embodiment, personal growth, spiritual realignment (without the fluff), and the everyday moments where life quietly asks you to choose differently.

This isn’t about blaming your past—or staying stuck in it.
It’s about recognizing the patterns, stories, and emotional habits that keep you looping… and learning how to make the shift when it actually matters.

What we have in common—and what we believe deeply—is this:
We didn’t wait for perfect conditions. We chose intentionally—and we live the results.

Meet Your Hosts

Peggy Hinshaw is a self-made, multi-career leader whose life reflects intentional shifts at every level. After navigating multiple successful corporate careers, entrepreneurship, motherhood, caregiving, and a 170-pound personal transformation, Peggy now guides women back home to their most authentic and aligned selves. As a trained corporate coach, Reiki practitioner, Astrologer, and founder of The Eden Shift, she brings lived wisdom, embodiment, and clarity to conversations about making the shifts that change everything.

Marci Coomer is a self-made woman, certified life coach, and entrepreneur who understands the power of intentional choice. After an unplanned shift in her own life at a young age, Marci made a conscious decision to build a fabulous life rooted in responsibility, connection, and self-trust. Today, she is the owner of her own hair salon, a real estate investor, world traveler, and embodied guide—helping women shift intentionally, move with confidence, and create lives they genuinely want to be present for.

You won’t find gurus here.
You will find perspective, laughter, truth-telling, and the reminder that the magic you’re waiting for doesn’t arrive before the shift—it shows up after you make it.

🎙 New episodes drop every Wednesday.

If you’re ready to stop outsourcing your power, tell yourself the truth with compassion, and take responsibility for the life you’re building—
this show will feel like coming home.

Make the Shift. Receive the Magic.

We Call Bullshift: Procrastination Isn’t Laziness — It’s Fear and Here’s How We Push Through

Procrastination — the “I’m stuck” or “I’ll do it later” stuff — is usually fear, and action is the antidote. We dig into how procrastination is often emotional avoidance and a nervous‑system trick (hello, caveman brain) — masking itself as perfectionism or control — and give real tools like journaling “What am I afraid will happen if I actually do this?” plus breathwork, grounding, rage‑song dancing, and doing it anyway to retrain your system. I share my crisis of faith around my YouTube hustle, we talk about choosing fun and surrender over grinding masculine hustle, and Marci reminds you it’s okay to smash the fish and make it better. We call out fear for what it is — a lying bitch — and show how changing the thought changes the feeling, the action, and eventually the result. Mostly, we keep it real and messy: be authentic, stop chasing metrics that aren’t yours, and put out work you won’t be embarrassed about. So pick one small bold thing, do it despite the doubt, and watch me — and us — shift the damn Bullshift. Takeaways: I learned that what I keep calling procrastination is usually fear wearing a mask — not laziness at all. We explained procrastination as nervous system regulation: we're avoiding the uncomfortable emotion, not the actual task, so call out its bullshift. I can flip that regulation into safety with breath work, journaling, grounding, rage songs, movement — whatever calms my nervous system so I actually do the thing. We called out perfectionism as a control trick — saying "I'll wait until it's perfect" is fear hiding behind busywork. I told my YouTube story: fun and surrender beat relentless hustle, and taking action doesn't automatically mean my whole belief system is false. We ran the fact-thought-feeling-action-result model to expose the stories that keep us stuck and then intentionally choose better, braver thoughts. I decided authenticity over gaming the algorithm — if one woman is helped by my work, it's worth more than chasing viral vanity metrics. Action is the antidote; despite fear and the lying bitch in your head, you push through, smash the fish, make another, and build a testimony you'll later be grateful for. How to Live Like It’s Already Yours | Applying the Law of Assumption with Cheryl Andrisani

How do you actually use Neville Goddard’s Law of Assumption when real life is happening around you? That’s where we’re going in Part 2 of our conversation with Cheryl Andrisani. In Part 1, Cheryl shared the story of how changing her assumptions, beliefs and identity transformed her finances, marriage, career and relationship with herself. This time, we get practical. We talk about how to recognize a limiting belief while it’s happening, how your emotions and your body can reveal the state you’re operating from, and what to do when you’ve already reacted like the old version of yourself. Because let’s be real: it’s one thing to say, “Become the version of yourself who already has what she wants.” It’s another thing entirely when you’re pissed at your husband, worried about money, staring at a stack of bills or trying not to spiral over something you can’t control. Cheryl walks us through how she learned to shorten the amount of time she stayed stuck in those states and return herself to calm. We also dive into one of the biggest pieces of manifestation that often gets skipped: Resistance. Are you actually open to receiving what you say you want—or are your limiting beliefs, excuses, fear and need for control slowing everything down? Cheryl explains the Law of Assumption as choosing to live as the version of yourself you want to become now instead of endlessly waiting to get there. Then we take that principle straight into money. How do you think like a financially secure woman when the money isn’t in the bank yet? How do you look at bills without immediately feeling scarcity? Can you change your relationship with money before your bank account changes? And what happens when you stop believing money can only come through one particular path? Cheryl also shares another incredible chapter of her story: after growing a successful e-commerce business that no longer felt aligned with the life she wanted, an unexpected opportunity appeared—and the company was ultimately sold for $1.8 million. From there, the conversation gets even deeper into surrender, faith, receiving and Neville Goddard’s idea of “living in the end.” Instead of obsessing over HOW something will happen, what if you could begin feeling the way you believe you’ll feel when it already has? Peaceful. Safe. Supported. Free. We talk about: • How emotions can expose limiting beliefs • Emotional regulation when you’ve already been triggered • “Be still and know that I am God” as a practical reset • Removing resistance and becoming more open to receiving • How to change your relationship with bills and money • Why you may already be manifesting perfectly—just not what you consciously want • Surrendering control over the “how” • How Cheryl’s business eventually sold for $1.8 million • Learning to believe money can come through more than one path • Simple manifestation experiments that make the process feel lighter • Why putting a timeline on manifestation can create more resistance • Neville Goddard’s “living in the end” • Using visualization to move your body out of fear • Why the thing beneath almost every manifestation may actually be peace And that final realization may be the biggest shift of the entire conversation: What if you don’t have to wait for the money, relationship, career or circumstance to change before you allow yourself to feel the way you think it will make you feel? Maybe peace doesn’t come at the end. Maybe peace becomes the place you begin. 🎙️ No More Bullshift with Peggy & Marci Connect with Cheryl: *Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/living_in_joy *Living in Joy: www.livinginjoy.ca *Truecosmic Academy: truecosmic/academy/cheryl-andrisani *Youtube: @Living_in_joy-Cheryl.Andrisani *facebook.com: Cheryl Carreon Andrisani *Podcast: She Who Speaks Abundance Podcast Ready to turn Why Me into Watch Me? She turned $500K into $10M during a crisis — the Neville Goddard Law Cheryl Andrisani Used to Shift Her Reality and How You Can too!

In this episode, which is Part 1 of 2 ( IT IS THAT GOOD), We picked up mid-conversation (yes, I totally forgot to hit record — classic us), and we launch right into Cheryl’s real, messy, and wildly effective journey with Neville Goddard’s law of assumption. We are still buzzing about how she and her husband went from scraping by with a half‑million e‑commerce business to doing over $10 million in online sales in three years and eight months. Cheryl walks us through the shift from toxic positivity and surface affirmations to actually uprooting limiting beliefs — the mirror of your life reflecting who you believe you are. We talk scripture, imagination, and why prayer as gratitude makes more sense than begging the universe. She gives us proof: repaired marriage, financial security, and a calmer inner state that changed everything around her. As hosts, we get vulnerable with her about our own assumptions, and honestly, you can feel the room lighten when she lays out how faith + practice turned panic into momentum. If you’ve ever felt stuck in victim mode asking “why me,” Cheryl’s story is a direct “watch me” counterpunch. She describes practical mental moves — asking myself, if I were a millionaire would I be panicking? — and actually training the mind to behave differently. We laugh, and remind each other that life’s mirrors are not punishments but clues. It’s part inspiration, part how‑to, and all heart: imagine the version of you you want, stop performing your old habits, and start being that person now so reality will match. Come for the numbers, stay for the tenderness and the simple, repeatable mindwork. Finding Your Wings: Dolly Parton's Life Lessons

What if the very thing that makes you feel underestimated is actually your superpower? In this heartfelt tribute, Peggy and Marci celebrate how Dolly Parton turned poverty, being underestimated, and being told to stay small into a blueprint for women who refuse to stay small. This is not a goodbye — it is a thank you. A look at how Dolly walked so we could run. In this conversation you will hear: — Why Dolly’s message of love and light let her transcend divides and meet people where they are — How she turned being called a dumb blonde and judged for her image into her trademark and her power — How she rose out of why me and turned hardship into fuel to lift others — The stories behind Jolene, Nine to Five, and I Will Always Love You — and what they teach about owning your voice and knowing your worth — Dolly’s most empowering wisdom: find out who you are and do it on purpose, if you want the rainbow you gotta put up with the rain, if you don’t like the road you’re walking start paving another one, and why dreams are nothing without wings — How to stay rich in spirit through gratitude, little miracles, and everyday joy If you have ever felt invisible, boxed in, or told you are too much or not enough — this one is for you. You Can't. (That's a Belief Your Brain Tells You and It's Limiting You!)

Are you a flea in a jar? Jumping lower than you're actually capable of, even though the lid came off long ago? Or are you like the Hummingbird who was never told it actually can't fly? In this episode, Peggy and Marci unpack what limiting beliefs are, where they come from, and why your brain is wired to go looking for proof that they're true. You'll learn how to identify limiting beliefs and how to overcome limiting beliefs with three practical tools — the thought download, the court-of-law test, and the best-friend test — plus the mindset shift behind taking baby steps instead of waiting for one huge leap. It's a confidence-building conversation about rewriting the self-talk that quietly caps your potential, so the beliefs holding you back stop running the show. 💬 What's one belief you've caught yourself saying "I can't" about — and if you ran it through the court-of-law test, would it actually hold up? Drop it in the comments. We read every one, and your story might be the nudge someone else needs to hear. 👍 If this episode hit something in you, give it a thumbs up and subscribe so you never miss a conversation that helps you turn your "why me?" into "watch me." 🔔 Subscribe to No More BullShift: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkFV5i5CGTKPhlKT1xxmYGA 🎧 Listen to the full podcast: https://feeds.captivate.fm/no-more-bullshift/

Mean Girls Never Die, They Just Get Older (How to Handle Them!)

Mean Girls Never Die — They Just Get Older No More BullShift Podcast — Episode Description Mean girl behavior doesn't disappear after high school — it just gets older, quieter, and harder to name. In this episode of No More BullShift, Peggy and Marci unpack the sophisticated ways adult women experience exclusion — the group texts you're not on, the girls' trips that happen without you, the creeping feeling that you're nobody's first choice. They explore why "mean girl" dynamics persist well into mid-life, how to recognize when YOU might be unintentionally doing the excluding, and the single mindset shift that changes everything: stop auditioning for a seat at someone else's table and start building your own. This conversation blends straight talk, astrology-informed self-awareness, and the kind of honest self-reflection most women avoid. If you've ever felt invisible in a room full of women who used to see you — this one's for you. In this episode: Why "mean girl" behavior doesn't end — it evolves The cluster mentality and how power dynamics shape adult friendships Being nobody's first choice (and why that's actually a wake-up call) How to become the chooser instead of waiting to be chosen Navigating exclusion at different life stages "Don't water the weeds" — where to invest your friendship energy The winter rose analogy: why some friendships are seasonal What to do when you get "mean girled" as a grown woman The hardest question: am I the mean girl? Why it's usually not about you — and when it actually is Resources mentioned: How to Win Friends and Influence People — Dale Carnegie https://amzn.to/3WxyzAB Connect with No More BullShift: 🎙️Find Us On Instagram @NoMoreBullShift 📺 Watch on YouTube: @nomoreBULLSHIFT Peggy is a Debra Silverman trained astrologer, weight loss and transformation coach, and Reiki Level 2 practitioner. 10 Healthy Habits That Changed Our Lives | Mini Episode

Sometimes the biggest transformations don't come from one massive decision—they come from small habits repeated every day. In this fun summer mini episode, Peggy and Marci share 10 simple habits that have genuinely improved their health, mindset, relationships, and overall quality of life. From creatine and collagen to gratitude journals, meditation, forgiveness, curiosity, and thinking like your future self, this conversation is full of practical ideas you can start today—without overcomplicating your life. Inside this episode: Why creatine isn't just for the gym The benefits of collagen and protein as we age How gratitude rewires your brain Why journaling helps reduce mental clutter Thinking like your future self The power of meditation Why fiber matters more than you think Supporting your liver with milk thistle The freedom that comes from forgiveness Why curiosity might be your greatest superpower Whether you adopt one habit or all ten, remember: small shifts create extraordinary change. Journal Prompts Which of these 10 habits would have the biggest positive impact on my life if I committed to it for the next 30 days? What habit have I been putting off because I'm waiting for the "perfect" time to start? If my future self could thank me for one decision I make today, what would it be? What is one area of my life where curiosity could replace judgment? What daily habit no longer serves the woman I'm becoming? Where am I holding onto resentment that is costing me my own peace? Which habit already comes naturally to me that I often overlook or fail to celebrate? If this episode inspired you, share it with a friend who could use a fresh start. Then choose one habit—not all ten—and commit to it this week. Small, consistent changes are what create lasting transformation.
