    We watch a very low budget and somewhat incoherent film from 1979 called Psychotronic Man that's about an alcoholic barber who develops psychic powers for reasons we're not too clear on and the chaos that results. A bad, but thoroughly entertaining film.

    Commentary/Riff Track of Silent Rage (1982)

    The week after Chuck Norris passed, we watched one of his movies: Silent Rage from 1982. It wasn't very good. Unfortunately, audio issues cropped up during our discussion, which made the recording unusable. However, our commentary track was fine, so we're putting that up for your listening pleasure. I was unable to verify this synced properly with the movie, so it might require some fiddling to get it to track right. My apologies.

    An extremely sweaty and fight filled rip off of Terminator with bits of Bladerunner, The Warriors, and Mad Max thrown in for good measure. Stars Billy Blanks (of Tae Bo fame) and Bolo Yeung. If you're Gen X, you probably saw this on the shelf in the video store in the mid '90's.

    Troll 2 (1990)

    Today we tackle one of the great cult b-movies of the last 20 odd years: Troll 2! A movie with no trolls, no actors, and some seriously over the top performances, which have to been seen to be believed. Maybe the most meme-able movie of all time. We apologize for the disjointed nature of this discussion. There are two reasons for this: 1) the movie we're discussing is Troll 2 and 2) our video conferencing software was having a bad night and our feeds kept freezing. This is evident in the skipage in Nate's audio.

    Don’t Open Till Christmas (1984)

    This movie doesn’t make a goddamn lick of sense! It’s about a maniac killing people dressed as Santa Claus on the streets in London. People continue to dress as Santa Claus/Father Christmas regardless, giving him plenty of victims to choose from. Went through three directors and a script rewrite and it shows! Stars no one you’ve heard of, although Caroline Munro does appear in one scene. No commentary track for this one due to ongoing technical issues. You’d don’t wanna this stinker anyway. Trust us!

    Shorts for the Masses: Four Short Films From The 1950's

    For a change of pace, instead of watching a movie, we watched four short films from the 1950's. One was about IBM computers at the Roper Corporation. We learned about how to build a bomb shelter in your basement. We also learned how to make a disgusting 1950's sandwich and what to do in our leisure time. Commentary tracks for all these will be available shortly, as well as on our YouTube page.
