Men become “silver foxes.” Women are told to fight every sign of getting older. But the truth is, aging doesn’t exempt anyone. Men experience changes in testosterone, sexual function, sperm quality and fertility. Women experience their own biological changes, including menopause and declining fertility. Neither sex gets to pretend biology stops because society gave them a flattering story. But this episode isn't about proving who ages better. It's about exposing the lie that getting older makes you less valuable. Your body changing doesn't make you less beautiful. Getting older doesn't make you invisible. And attracting younger people isn't proof that you've somehow won at aging. Youth is a stage of life—not a measurement of human worth. So maybe we need to stop asking, “Who ages better?” And start asking: “Who taught us that getting older means becoming less?” Because you're not losing your value. You're losing your youth.
