Join in a spiritual adventure to examine what will happen when each of us dies. We will meet with people who have gone to the other side and come back (Near Death Experience - NDE), people who can speak with spirits on the other side (Mediums), people who help others go back to earlier lives to solve current problems (Past Life Regression Therapy) and much more.
We will also enjoy experiencing energy healing such as acupuncture, master energy healers, reiki, medical qigong, and more.

Send us Fan Mail This episode was first published in February of 2025. It seems like a decade ago. In this episode we emphasize the importance of aligning one''s feelings with positive outcomes. We get the outcomes we focus on. We touch on the notable figures and resources in the realm of the Law of Attraction like Abraham Hicks, Lee Carroll and Mike Dooley. We also receive practical advice on managing resistance and stress, framing thoughts positively, and recognizing the power of words and feelings in manifesting desired outcomes.

Send us Fan Mail Tim recounts Northern California trips with friends, including a particularly startling one where an oddly dressed Pacific Crest Trail hiker who was there in flesh and blood totally vanished. Drawn to Mount Shasta, Tim follows a townsperson's suggestion and visits Panther Meadows. He immediately feels strong physical sensations as he exits his truck. Soon thereafter he felt the presence of a being and although there was nothing visible, Tim had telepathic contact with a being called Thayan. Thayan identifies as a Lemurian and speaks of portals, spaceships, and acting like “TSA agents.” Returning in 2026 with his wife and friends, Tim experiences overwhelming unconditional love, conducts a hand-holding ceremony with perceived beings around and above them. 00:00 Podcast Mission Setup 01:40 Episode Two Housekeeping 01:59 Welcome Back Tim 02:26 Burney Falls Trail Mystery 06:23 Mount Shasta Calling 07:28 Panther Meadows First Contact 10:09 Nighttime Telepathy Answers 12:31 Strange Lights Over Shasta 16:03 Theon Explains The Lights 16:52 Return Trip Summer Solstice 19:47 Ceremony And Unconditional Love 22:54 Ongoing Signs And Zoom Lights 25:35 Caves And Whats Next 27:47 Open Heart Open Mind Closing 29:11 Host Wrap And Next Guests

Send us Fan Mail In the second of two episodes with Jonna Rae Bartges, the discussion reframes interplanetary beings (aliens/ETs) as spiritual and compassionate rather than threatening. We learn about interplanetary beings by drawing on visual observations, and lucid dreams. Barges explains channeling as accessing higher states of awareness (alpha/theta) and receiving heart-centered guidance. Then, she describes a 2026 recorded session (guided by Wendy Nethersole) to connect with a “magenta” being. The channeled message emphasizes the Golden Rule, compassion as religion, and service as action. The interplanetary being further urged merging with creation rather than mastering it, and growing through encouragement, love, and balanced responses to difficulties. The episode also references disclosure efforts (Citizens for Disclosure/New Paradigm Institute), that reported government coverups, and additional encounter accounts supporting normalization and discernment.

Send us Fan Mail The episode challenges the paradigm that humans are Earth’s only intelligent beings through an interview with Jonna Rae Bartges, the founder of the Practical Spirituality Institute. As part of her Spirituality she was hired to be the resident psychic at a light center in Black Mountain North Carolina. While meditating at the light center, she physically saw an interplanetary being there in the room with her. Then, both the interplanetary being and Jesus Christ appeared together and exchanged blessings. Jesus spoke to Jonna Rae and told her that she had much to learn about light. She also recounts banishing a reptilian-looking being near her husband and a lucid-dream encounter with a “magenta” humanoid who urged her to “get the word out,” . Since that encounter with the Magenta alien, Jonna Rae's phone gallery started having unexplained magenta images appearing. The host emphasizes that interplanetary beings can be compassionate, wise, and spiritual, previewing a follow-up episode on their spirituality.

Send us Fan Mail Dr. Smita Garg discusses being guided into Earth healing work by Spirit. Despite Dr. Garg having no idea of what Earth Healing is, she was guided by Spirit to learn and support Earth Healing in Hawaii. Dr. Garg received clear messages from Queen Liliʻuokalani focused on both the Queen’s overwhelming grief and a step-by-step plan to heal Hawaii through art and community. Smita and others received the Queen’s communications, and Smita sought local support through friends. Dr. Garg was guided to work in an environmental program called Aloha Response. The Earth Healing came together through divine synchronicities and eventually involved honoring an existing sculpture on Waikiki Beach, Kapaemahu dance performances, and the Hawaii International Film Festival. Dr. Garg explained that when you're joyous and you're connected with nature, the healing occurs. 00:00 Welcome Back Smita 01:53 Called to Heal Hawaii 03:19 Queen Reaches Out 07:21 Finding Local Allies 09:23 Pono Validates Messages 14:45 Healer Stones Revealed 17:05 Vision and Team Forms 19:22 Synchronicities Align 22:39 Activation at Kapaemahu 25:15 Joy as Spiritual Work 27:31 Closing Reflections

Send us Fan Mail Jim welcomes Dr. Smita Garg back to the podcast, introducing her background from India, her doctorate in education, and her online practice, Kinder Way Healing, which offers modalities such as past life regression, Life Between Lives, spirit releasement, and “meet your guides” sessions. Smita explains her hypnotherapy path began with healing her own trauma from tragic losses and near-death experiences, leading her to train with Dr. Brian Weiss, then Dr. Linda Backman (linked to Dr. Michael Newton and the Newton Institute). She later studied with Holly Holmes-Meredith, plus mentorship through Carole Louie and Peter Smith. The discussion defines spiritual guides as non-interfering helpers who offer direction while respecting free will. They explore the idea that animals, plants, water, and Earth itself have consciousness. Smita describes receiving guidance to undertake an “earth healing” mission, which led to creating “Healing in Nature” hikes with Green Foothills and Amah Mutsun Chairman Val Lopez, combining meditation, wildlife connection, and education in local preserves. Future episodes are planned to discuss Earth Healing on Hawaii and Japan. 00:00 Meet Dr Smita Garg 03:07 Her Hypnotherapy Journey 04:11 Mentors and Training Path 07:22 Online Practice and Services 08:49 What Are Spirit Guides 11:36 Earth as a Living Being 16:42 Mother Earth Calls in COVID 19:51 The Earth Healing Mission 23:40 Healing in Nature Hikes 24:29 Wildlife Encounters and Forest Bathing 26:01 Curated Meditative Hikes 28:23 Wrap Up and Next Episode

Send us Fan Mail In a second interview, Jim and facilitator Kim Kane discuss Jim’s “journey of the empath,” focusing on clarifying goals before the session, setting a high-vibration intention (“holding the highest vibration in a way that serves me and others”), and using spacious, minimal guidance rather than hypnosis-style patter. Kim emphasizes releasing preconceived notions, embracing the unknown, and shifting identity from body and mind to pure consciousness,. Pure consciousness is described as a remembered, divine, connected state. Jim recounts moving beyond time and space, entering a portal, and being invited to a time before his birth, experiencing himself in the womb and strong emotion. The key insight is discerning “what’s mine and what isn’t,” allowing empathy without absorbing others’ problems and recognizing each person’s separate life path. Kim shares that sessions begin with a free fit conversation via whisperoftrees.com. 00:00 Empath Journey Intro 02:27 Setting Goals Together 04:53 Protecting Empath Energy 05:37 Intention As Rocket Fuel 07:47 Silence Not Hypnosis 11:13 Drop Expectations Embrace Unknown 15:23 Becoming Pure Consciousness 19:26 Beyond Time Space Portal 22:40 Womb Perspective Breakthrough 27:45 Whats Mine And Not Mine 31:57 Integration Staying Connected 34:10 How To Work With Kim 35:24 Closing Thanks And Farewell

Send us Fan Mail Jim interviews Kim Cain, a Northern California practitioner with clients worldwide, about her spiritual path and work. Kim describes growing up in an organized religion whose dogma and outward rules conflicted with her inner sense of love, leading her to reject religion and feel isolated, though later she valued spirituality even more. She poured herself into a 30-year career in higher-education financial aid, thriving in its rule-based structure, until attending a drumming circle led by a shaman. She was so inspired by Shamanism that she began to study it. That work shifted her workplace relationships and opened her to new perceptions, Guided by a past-life regression, she trained at the psycho-spiritual HCH Institute, practicing hypnotherapy, EFT, regressions, and spirit releasement. After hearing Peter Smith speak she then pursued quantum/universal consciousness studies, focusing on facilitating expanded awareness beyond mind and body. 00:00 Warm Welcome 02:51 Kim’s Background 03:42 Religion vs Spirituality 05:44 Breaking Away 08:47 Work as Refuge 10:24 Drumming Circle Awakening 12:44 Workplace Transformation 15:29 Two Selves Emerging 16:21 Visitation After Death 19:30 Past Life to Hypnotherapy 23:12 Quantum Consciousness Path 25:19 Expanded State Explained 28:16 Clinical vs Expanded Hypnosis 30:08 Next Episode Teaser

Send us Fan Mail Benjamin Carraud continues describing memories of a past life as WWII German soldier Eugen Kuntzmann, focusing on an “intermission” after Eugen’s death on a battlefield. He recounts existing in a static nothingness until a noble, compassionate female being (with two male witnesses) takes him to a cathedral-like blue-lit space and communicates wordlessly, suggesting he “start over” with another life. To ease his fear, she shows warm scenes and then a restaurant/lobby moment where a red-haired woman holds a child and a man thinks he will have children with her; Benjamin later learns this matches where his parents met in 1987 and his father confirms the thought. He also connects battle memories to Prochorovka and reflects on how the experience changed his values, work, and views on propaganda, dehumanization, and responsibility.

Send us Fan Mail In this interview, Benjamin Carraud discusses memories and research related to Eugen Kunstmann, contrasting his own recalled impressions with documented biography. Carraud describes how journalist Stefan Alix’s documentary, book, and foundation connected him to supportive therapy, including a therapist with similar memories. Benjamin recounts an “intermission” life-review experience after death, including guilt over executing a captured child, and says it reshaped his understanding of responsibility and forgiveness. He encountered three beings who “came for” him and worked with him. He learned a lot about the human soul, about the weight of forgiveness, what it means to forgive, what it means to forgive yourself, and what it means to also be a human being and face the consequences of your action.

Send us Fan Mail Jim interviews Benjamin Carraud (Jim in the U.S., Benjamin in Vietnam) about the publication of Carraud’s book, “Goodbye Fields of Prokhorovka,” and continues their discussion of Carraud's first regression experience of dying as a WWII officer. Then his consciousness observed the battlefield for about four days, unable to affect events. Carraud describes witnessing dead soldiers from both German and Soviet sides gradually realizing they had died, and gathering as silent observers. He saw the painful moment of realizing a living person (later identified as his brother) could not sense him. He recounts the difficult 30 days between his first and second regressions, with ongoing flashbacks and doubts about mental illness, until historical research led him to a source noting Captain Kuntzman’s death on July 8, 1943. Finding matching details and the date coincidence, Carraud contacted Kuntzman’s grandson and family, who responded supportively and helped verify details. They will discuss Kuntzman’s background in the next episode.

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, Benjamin Carraud describes seeking therapy near Paris after persistent, distressing flashbacks that felt like his own firsthand memories of World War II combat from a German soldier’s perspective. He explains how speaking with a therapist helped him recognize the need to experience a hypnosis-based past-life regression. The night before the regression he had a violent flashback of executing a bound prisoner with detailed physical sensations but little emotion. During regression he relived being an officer dying in a tank and experiencing an immediate, seamless shift into a disembodied awareness with altered perception of distance and an urgent concern for his men. He emphasizes that post-death animosity vanished and reflects on documenting these stories truthfully to examine how ordinary people became involved in extreme violence, without excusing SS crimes. The host closes by teasing that the next episode reveals a clue to the man’s identity.

Send us Fan Mail In this podcast episode, author Benjamin Carraud discusses his book, “Goodbye Fields of Prokhorovka,” his childhood in northern France, and intense early nightmares accompanied by sleepwalking. He describes later moving abroad, including time in Shanghai as an entrepreneur. He had a sudden, vivid flashback-like experiences of leading soldiers through a WWII battlefield under artillery fire. In the flashback he had tactical awareness, vulnerability, and a sense of command. The flashback - like episodes recurred regularly and made him fear he was losing his mind. After returning to France, he took a calming job as a castle receptionist, remained withdrawn, and sought help. A psychiatrist said he was not schizophrenic and suggested exploring less routine techniques. A documentary on a child's recollection of the battle of Iwo Jima—helped him connect his nightmares and flashbacks. This leading him to speak with researcher Jim Matlock and find community and research-based discussion of reincarnation phenomena. 00:00 Welcome and New Book 03:14 Growing Up in France 04:05 Childhood Nightmares 05:54 Leaving France for Abroad 06:45 Shanghai Flashback Begins 08:18 Inside the Battle Vision 13:23 Aftermath and Fear of Losing It 15:25 Back Home and Quiet Job 17:12 Clues in the Memories 18:15 Reincarnation Documentary Link 20:10 Therapy and Past Life Regression 22:43 Jim Matlock and Community 27:30 Wrap Up and Next Episode

Send us Fan Mail In a second interview with John Ray Bartges, the discussion focuses on how to approach the end of human life by choosing kindness, expressing love, and being present with others to create a positive ripple effect. Bartges shares research associated with Dr. Marty Seligman and Positive Psychology that identifies three keys to happiness: faith in something greater, supportive friends, and a sense of purpose. She also cites Hopi questions (who am I, why am I, where’s my garden, where’s my water) and offers a free “Spiritual Compass” exercise on psi studies.com to clarify values and direction. The conversation highlights gratitude as a tool for coping with difficult emotions, including self-appreciation, and includes a hospice story about her husband Paul finding humor near death and fulfilling a final purpose by reconciling his mother and brother.

Send us Fan Mail We talk with Jonna Rae Bartges, an author, minister, Emmy-winning producer, and founder of the Practical Spirituality Institute, about supporting loved ones who are nearing death and easing fear around dying. Jonna Rae shares the phrase “grief remembers the love that created it,” explains how humor can raise “frequency” (and helped her survive a 1989 brain aneurysm), and describes her approach as a bridge between science and spirituality. Ms. Bartges references concepts like the unified field, Carl Jung’s collective unconscious, near-death experiences, and research suggesting consciousness continues. This episode includes practical guidance such as normalizing death conversations, discussing proud memories, validating a person’s impact, and asking who they look forward to seeing “on the other side.”

Send us Fan Mail In this episode, Barbara Banner returns for a follow-up interview where we shift to a more lighthearted conversation about the incredible and often humorous experiences she encounters as an evidentiary medium, psychic, and channel. Barbara shares fascinating stories of spirits communicating through unexpected items, like a toothpick, and even a bagel scooper. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity in mediumship and the joy and laughter that come from these spiritual connections. The episode is filled with laughter, practical advice on connecting with loved ones, and touching moments that highlight the profound impact of mediumship.

Send us Fan Mail Barbara Banner, a certified medium from Los Angeles joins us today. The discussion primarily focuses on 'Helping Parents Heal,' an international non-profit organization supporting bereaved parents. Barbara shares her insights and experiences working with grieving families, highlighting the organization's resources like support groups, certified mediums, and specialized programs for fathers and siblings. The podcast also touches on the scientific evidence of life after death, the importance of finding joy after loss, and Barbara's personal journey into mediumship. Listeners are provided with valuable information on how to access the support offered by 'Helping Parents Heal' and learn about Barbara’s unique experiences and contributions in helping individuals navigate through their grief.
