A woman put her period blood in a jar of moon water. Something green started growing. The comments called it a miracle. I called it absolutely not. And then I made the mistake of actually looking, and these women kept being a little bit right. What started as me doom scrolling turned into a full bloody rabbit hole. Blood that really can feed a plant. Animals that really do make babies with no male. Tumors that grow hair, bone, and teeth. Stem cells that scientists genuinely want out of a woman's body. Periods that may actually drift with the moon. Witch trials. A 600 year old book nobody on Earth can read. Mitochondrial Eve. The FAKE Doctor EPIDEMIC Has Sent Me Down a Rabbit Hole
Close your eyes. It's 1951, and a Navy surgeon is bent over a wounded man on the deck of a warship, about to pull a bullet out of his chest. He does it. The man lives. There is just one problem. The surgeon has never been to medical school. His name is Ferdinand Waldo Demara, and cutting a man open at sea is one of dozens of jobs he faked in a whole life spent being someone he was not. Seventy years later, the fake doctors did not go anywhere. They just moved to your For You page. A "Duke graduate" that Duke has no record of. A teenager running a whole medical center out of a strip mall. A woman who saw roughly 4,000 patients before anybody thought to check. And 7,600 fake nursing diplomas, sold like they were nothing. Autumn Bardisa was accused of treating roughly 4,000 patients while impersonating a nurse practitioner (update: no contest, April 2026, five years probation). The original gossip blogger, the self-crowned queen of all media, millions of people refreshing his site every morning like it was breakfast. Then 15 years later, that same man came apart in real time on a TikTok live, in front of thousands of people, and the internet did not try to save him. It packaged him. So I went all the way down this rabbit hole to ask the question nobody in the comments is asking. Not "can you believe him," but who is getting PAID to keep the whole thing running exactly like this. Because the deeper I dug, the less this looked like one man's worst night and the more it looked like a machine. An algorithm that rewards the collapse. A crash-out economy of reaction channels eating off people's worst days. A real company that reportedly ran an experiment on 15 million real users. And a Black Mirror episode from 2011 that stopped feeling like fiction. He built the Coliseum. Then he got fed to it. He is not some monster the internet found. So I did what I do. I followed the receipts. I pulled the court record. And I broke his "explanation" video down move by move because once you learn the pattern, you cannot unsee it.
