Health, Safety, and Loving One Another
Health and safety is an important issue for all church leaders as a way to help us care for and love one another. Health and safety is not just a box-ticking exercise, nor a necessary response to interfering authorities. A proper regard for people's well-being goes to the heart of Christian ministry. Parachute Church Planting (with Mark Selby)
To reach people in areas without a gospel presence, we need to plant new works, often starting with a very small team. Planting a church from a larger church can have advantages as well as challenges. The story of Rylands Community Church in Beeston, Nottinghamshire gives examples of both.
