Reflection of the week: A year to experiment with your design

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com What if Human Design was not simply something to understand, but something to live? This is the question behind Embody Your Design, the year-long Human Design deconditioning process I am starting on 18 January 2027. In many ways, this programme feels like a culmination of my work so far. After more than twenty years exploring Human Design — and after writing Understanding Our Energetic Architecture — I wanted to create something that goes beyond explaining the Bodygraph. Something more experiential. Over the course of a year, we will explore Human Design through teaching, experimentation and embodiment. Alongside my perspective on the system, the programme will include active meditations, ecstatic dance and a therapeutic approach to accompany what can emerge when we start questioning some of the patterns we have been conditioned to live by. Because deconditioning can be fascinating. And sometimes uncomfortable. And sometimes surprisingly funny. It is one thing to look at your chart and think, “Ah yes, that makes sense.” It is another thing to notice what happens when you actually start experimenting with it in your everyday life. That is the territory I want to explore together. Curious? I’m inviting anyone who feels drawn to the process to get in touch with me for a free conversation. (atashdirk@gmail.com or WhatsApp: +32 484 22 92 60) There is no sales pitch and no obligation to join. We can simply talk about what you’re looking for, what the programme involves, and whether it feels like the right thing for you. If you’re interested, just send me an email or Whatsapp and we’ll arrange a time. And if you want to taste the work first... I’ve also recently published Human Design Beyond the Bodygraph, a Udemy course with around 7 hours of recorded teaching and exploration focused on the centres of the Bodygraph. It’s an affordable way to get a feel for my teaching and for the way I approach Human Design before considering something as substantial as a year-long process. Explore Human Design Beyond the Bodygraph on Udemy: https://www.udemy.com/course/human-design-beyond-the-bodygraph/?referralCode=B7327E69007C074A1A77 So there are two doors: Take the course if you’d like to explore at your own pace. Get in touch if you feel ready to explore the year-long journey. Either way, I’d be interested to hear what this brings up for you. Reflection of the week: I’m starting a course in January!

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com For more than twenty years, I have been studying, teaching and experimenting with Human Design. Over that time, I have gradually become less interested in how much we know about our chart and more interested in a different question: What happens when we actually begin to live it? This is the question behind Embody Your Design. It is a 50-week experiential journey through Human Design, beginning 18 January 2027, in which we move beyond simply understanding the Bodygraph and begin to explore what it means in our bodies, our relationships and our everyday lives. The course brings together Human Design with embodied practice, child development, therapeutic perspectives and other ways of understanding ourselves. Rather than giving you another collection of information to remember, the intention is to create an ongoing space in which you can observe, experiment and discover. Over the 50 weeks we will explore: * the nine Centers and the conditioning they can bring into our lives * Strategy and Authority as something to experiment with rather than merely understand * the ways our early development shapes our experience * Human Design in relationships * the relationship between mind, body and awareness * therapeutic and embodied approaches to Human Design * the deeper questions that arise when we begin to question who we believe ourselves to be The course is deliberately long. I don’t think that becoming familiar with our own energetic architecture is something that happens in a weekend. Some things can be understood intellectually very quickly. Embodiment takes time. That is why the programme unfolds over an entire year, with space between the different themes to observe what actually happens in your life. Embody Your Design 50 weeks · beginning 18 January 2027 You can join for €1,500 upfront, with full access from the beginning, or choose the monthly option of €140 per month. If you feel that you have understood a great deal about Human Design but are still wondering what it really means to live it, this may be the next step. You can find the details here: https://www.dirknellens.com/courses I would be very happy to have you join me for this next year of exploration. Reflection of the week: Looking for a first cohort of people for my course...

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Over the last months, I have been asking myself a rather uncomfortable question: What does it actually take to bring this work into the world? I’ve spent years engaged with Human Design, meditation, embodiment, conditioning, child development and therapeutic processes. I’ve written a book about it. I’ve recorded an entire course. I’ve made many videos exploring different aspects of the work. The material exists. And yet, there is a moment that comes after creating something when another kind of work begins. Finding the people willing to engage in a joint endeavour. Not everybody. Not a multitude of people. Just the indivuduals for whom what I’ve created is actually relevant. So who is this work for? This hybrid course - Embody Your Design - I’ve created is for people who want to go beyond understanding Human Design intellectually. It’s particularly aimed at therapists, coaches, facilitators and people involved in seeing the process of deconditioning as a process of personal development. People who are interested in exploring the embodiment of Human Design: * Human Design as a map of conditioning and awareness * the relationship between our character and our deeper potential * how conditioning manifests through the body * child development and the formation of character * embodiment and deconditioning * active meditation, ecstatic dance, guided meditations and experiential exploration * bringing Human Design into therapeutic and relational work The intention isn’t simply to know your chart. It’s to investigate what happens when the information becomes something you can actually observe and experience in yourself. I’m opening the first cohort I’m preparing to begin the first live cohort of the course in January. It will be a small group of 10 people. There will be the recorded material, live Human Design teachings every two weeks, and weekly opportunities to practice together online through meditation, movement and embodied exploration. I’m deliberately keeping the first group small because I want this to be more than a collection of videos sitting on a platform. I want there to be a group of people actually doing the work together. So rather than simply putting another announcement at the bottom of this newsletter, I’m going to ask you directly: Does this speak to you? If it does, email me (atashdirk@gmail.com) or drop me a line on Whatsapp (+32 484 22 92 60) and let’s set up a first conversation to get to know each other. You don’t need to make a commitment yet. I’d simply like to hear from you. And if you know someone - a therapist, practitioner, facilitator, or someone involved in Human Design - who you think might be interested, feel free to forward this newsletter to them. The course is based on my book and all the years of personal exploration with deconditioning: Understanding Our Energetic ArchitectureHuman Design as Your Inner GPS for Awareness I’m looking forward to finding the first ten people who want to explore this territory with me. Dirk _________________________________________________________________________ If this reflection resonates with you, or if you are curious about the training - Embody Your Design course, you’re warmly invited to contact me (atashdirk@gmail.com or whatsapp +32484229260) to engage in a conversation to see if it is something you would like to be involved in. _________________________________________________________________________ This week, the Neutrino Weather brings us deeper into learning to interact without preconditions. Reflection of the week: Finetuning the Pattern of Awareness...

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com We are currently moving through the Cross of Service, a theme that I find particularly relevant to the work I have been developing over many years: the possibility of becoming increasingly aware of, and sensitive to, the energetic pattern that we are. In the title of my book, I have described Human Design as an inner GPS for awareness. The Bodygraph gives us a map of our energetic architecture, but the real exploration begins when we start experiencing that architecture in our everyday lives. Over time, I have found that Human Design becomes much richer when it is brought together with meditation, Ecstatic Dance, therapy, child development, the Enneagram and embodied exploration. These practices have helped me move from understanding the map intellectually toward actually experiencing and finetuning the patterns it reveals. This is the foundation of the yearlong experiential Human Design course I have now completed and uploaded on thinkific. The hybrid journey (self-learning and zoom gatherings) takes us through all Nine Centers, combining teachings, meditation, journaling, developmental and therapeutic exploration, Enneagram perspectives and two live online sessions each week as well as meditative and dance gatherings on a weekly basis. I am now preparing to open the first cohort in January, with a small group of around 10–15 people who feel ready to give themselves a year of this exploration. If you feel that this might be something you would like to undertake, I would love to have an initial one-on-one conversation with you. There is no obligation to join. I would simply like to hear where you are in your own journey, tell you more about the course, and see whether it feels like the right fit. Just send me an email to atashdirk@gmail.com if you would like to have a conversation. Perhaps our deepest service is to allow our life to become a service to awareness. Human Design can be a powerful inner GPS for that journey - helping us recognize conditioning and gradually find our way back to greater freedom, presence and full aliveness. This is what my course is ultimately about and I would be honored to have you on board! _________________________________________________________________________ If this reflection resonates with you, or if you are curious about the training - Embody Your Design course - I’ve prepared, you’re warmly invited to contact me (atashdirk@gmail.com) to engage in a conversation to see if it is something you would like to be involved in. _________________________________________________________________________ This week, the Neutrino Weather brings us deeper into the the relational dimension of life which is ultimately an exercise in communion between 2 individuals although it is never without friction or confusion. Reflection of the week: Full Moon conjunct Neptune... testing innocence!

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com This week, the Earth, Moon and Neptune converge in Gate 25, Line 6 - Innocence / Ignorance. Gate 25 speaks of innocence and universal Love being the Spirit of all that is. Its sixth Line 6 carries a sharp teaching: false innocence is eventually exposed through our actions. This makes integrity a central theme of this coming full moon conjunct Neptune and something that will be illuminated collectively. It is easy to believe that we are acting from love, compassion or good intentions. But Line 6 asks us to look beyond the image we have of ourselves: Do my actions actually embody what I believe? Where is there a gap between my intentions and my behavior? This question feels particularly relevant to the work I am preparing to share with you through my upcoming Embody Your Design online course. The intention of this course is an invitation to embody Human Design - to take the information out of the realm of ideas and into direct experience. Because ultimately, we cannot talk ourselves into embodiment. We have to experience it. And perhaps this is exactly what this Full Moon is illuminating: the difference between knowing something intellectually and actually living it. The Full Moon is conjunct Neptune, bringing heightened sensitivity, intuition and imagination, while also potentially blurring the distinction between what we imagine to be true and what is actually happening. So the invitation is simple: Don’t tell yourself who you are.Feel it. Live it. Embody it. And allow your actions to reveal what is true. _________________________________________________________________________ The Embody Your Design course is a way of cultivating awareness - Human Design as an inner GPS that gradually allows our own unique nature to express itself with greater clarity, freedom and compassion and how it can be put at service of deconditioning or therapy. If this reflection resonates with you, or if you are curious about the training I’m preparing, you’re warmly invited to contact me (atashdirk@gmail.com) to engage in a conversation to see if it is something you would like to be involved in. _________________________________________________________________________ This week, the Neutrino Weather brings forward a vital energy that has to be do with authentic engagement and the potential for discovery that such engagement can offer. Reflection of the week: Uranus - Urgency or Awareness?

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com One of the themes I found myself reflecting on during this week’s Interactive Neutrino Weather was the conditioning currently brought forward through Uranus. If I were to summarise it in a single word, it would be this: Urgency. Urgency has become one of the defining psychological climates of our time. Everything asks for our attention. Everything asks us to react. Everything tells us that if we do not respond immediately, we will somehow fall behind. Interestingly, Yuval Noah Harari has pointed out that many of today’s digital algorithms have discovered something fundamental about human psychology. Fear spreads faster than understanding. Anger generates more engagement than reflection. Urgency keeps us connected to the platform. But not necessarily connected to one another. I find that distinction increasingly important. Engagement is not the same as awareness. One captures attention. The other liberates it. One narrows our perception. The other expands it. One constantly asks us to react. The other quietly invites us to observe. Perhaps nowhere is this more relevant than in the conversations surrounding Artificial Intelligence. On the one hand, we are witnessing an unprecedented acceleration of technological development. On the other, we often seem strangely unable to have the calm, thoughtful conversations that such developments require. We oscillate between alarmism and dismissal. Between fascination and denial. Urgency rarely produces wisdom. Awareness does. This has gradually become one of the central intentions behind the Human Design training I have been developing over the past months. When Ra Uru Hu spoke about the Science of Differentiation, he repeatedly invited us to honour our Strategy and Inner Authority. Over the years, however, my own experience has led me to understand those words in a particular way. Human Design is not asking us to become different. It is inviting us to become aware. And awareness naturally gives rise to differentiation. Not because we are trying to be unique. But because, as conditioning softens, what has always been uniquely ours quietly begins to express itself. In my own book I describe Human Design as an inner GPS for awareness. That sentence has become increasingly meaningful to me. A GPS does not decide where we should go. It simply helps us recognise where we actually are. The same is true of the BodyGraph. It is not there to provide us with another identity. Nor to tell us who we are. It is an instrument of observation. A way of recognizing the architecture through which consciousness expresses itself. Like every lens, however, Human Design also asks something of the one who is looking. If we look through the BodyGraph from fear... we will find fear. If we look through comparison... we will compare. If we look through superiority... we will create hierarchy. If we look through the need to be right... we will simply reinforce another identity. Only when we look through awareness does the BodyGraph become what I believe it was always capable of becoming: A way of meeting ourselves and one another with greater clarity, compassion and respect. Perhaps that is the deepest invitation hidden within this week’s conditioning. Not to become more urgent. But to become more present. Not to react more quickly. But to observe more deeply. Because perhaps the greatest contribution we can make in an age increasingly shaped by algorithms and Artificial Intelligence is not to become faster. It is to become more conscious. Warmly, Dirk _________________________________________________________________________ These are some of the reflections that continue to emerge as I develop the foundations of my upcoming training: Embody Your Design. More than teaching a system, my intention is to explore how Human Design can become a way of cultivating awareness - an inner GPS that gradually allows our own unique nature to express itself with greater clarity, freedom and compassion and how it can be put at service of deconditioning or therapy. If this reflection resonates with you, or if you are curious about the training I’m preparing, you’re warmly invited to reply to contact me (atashdirk@gmail.com). This week, the Neutrino Weather offers a perspective on how the splenic part of the Bodygraph can highjack the emotional part of the Bodygraph. Reflection of the week: When Consciousness Takes Form

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Reflecting on the quality of the current neutrino weather, we can see that this week we find ourselves under the influence of the Cross of Dominion. Over the years, I have often heard Ra Uru Hu illustrate this Cross with a simple example. Someone discovers that being vegetarian profoundly transforms their life. At first, it is simply a personal insight. But gradually that awareness begins taking form. Vegetarian restaurants appear. Books are written. Communities emerge. New recipes are shared. Eventually an entire culture grows around what once began as a single lived experience. Consciousness, it seems, does not simply awaken. It seeks expression. It seeks form. This observation has stayed with me for many years because I have repeatedly encountered it in my own life. For more than twenty-five years, Human Design has been one of the most important companions on my own path of awareness. Yet, as I shared in previous newsletters, I gradually discovered that understanding Human Design and living it are two very different things. A retreat may offer a profound glimpse into ourselves. A Human Design reading may illuminate aspects of our energetic architecture with remarkable clarity. But sooner or later we return to ordinary life. And then another question appears. What form does this awareness now take? If it remains only an insight, it gradually fades. If it becomes embodied, it begins reorganising the way we live, relate, accompany others and participate in the world. This has slowly become one of the deepest inspirations behind my own work. The book I have recently completed, Understanding Our Energetic Architecture – Human Design as Your Inner GPS for Awareness, was one way in which years of inquiry gradually took form. The online training I am currently preparing, Embody Your Design – An Embodied Framework for Integrating Human Design into Therapeutic Practice, is another. It is not simply a Human Design course. It is my attempt to create a space where the awareness process Human Design assists us with can be lived, embodied and explored within a therapeutic context. A place where the BodyGraph is not merely studied, but enters into dialogue with psychotherapy, meditation and the ongoing process of deconditioning. Perhaps this is what the Cross of Dominion invites us to contemplate this week. Not what we know. But what form our knowing wishes to take. Because awareness that never finds expression remains a beautiful possibility. Awareness that takes form has the potential to quietly transform both our own lives and the lives of those we accompany. If this reflection resonates with you, or if you are curious about the training I’m preparing, you’re warmly invited to reply to contact me (atashdirk@gmail.com). Reflection of the week: When Meaning Becomes a Defense

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Every week I enjoy reflecting on the quality of the current neutrino weather and how it may invite us into a particular aspect of our human experience with a little more awareness. This week, the Channel of Abstraction (64–47) comes into the foreground. It is one of the most remarkable capacities of the human mind: our ability to gather experiences and gradually distil them into meaning. It is through this capacity that we tell stories, construct cultures, write history and create narratives that help us understand both ourselves and the world around us. Anthropologist and historian Yuval Noah Harari has beautifully illustrated how much of human civilisation rests upon this uniquely human ability. We are, perhaps more than anything else, meaning-making beings. Without this capacity, there would be no religions, no science, no philosophy, no psychotherapy and no Human Design. Meaning is one of humanity’s greatest gifts. Yet every gift casts a shadow. As Osho often reminded us, Existence itself requires no explanation. A flower does not bloom because it has found the meaning of life. A river does not ask where it is going. Life simply expresses itself or as he stated it “Life is enough unto itself!” It is only the human mind that insists on making sense of everything. Over the past twenty-five years of working with Human Design, I’ve become increasingly fascinated by this paradox. Human Design offers us an extraordinarily rich language through which we can understand ourselves. It gives us concepts, structures and maps that often illuminate aspects of our lives with remarkable precision. But I have also witnessed another movement. Sometimes the mind quietly appropriates this language. Instead of becoming more present to our experience, we become increasingly skilled at explaining it. We explain our resistance. We explain our relationships. We explain our fears. We explain our suffering. We explain why we are stuck. And before we know it, explanation has become another way of remaining safely inside the mind. This isn’t a limitation of Human Design. It is simply the brilliance of the mind itself. One sentence has stayed with me ever since I studied with Ra Uru Hu in Ibiza more than twenty-five years ago. He repeated it to us again and again: “Don’t believe anything I say. Experiment.” At the time, I understood those words as an invitation to verify the mechanics of Human Design for myself. Today I hear something much deeper. Don’t replace your experience with an explanation of your experience. Observe first. Remain present. Allow life to reveal itself before the mind rushes in to interpret it. Ra also encouraged us not merely to repeat his understanding, but to allow our own experiment to mature into our own seeing. My recently completed book, Understanding Our Energetic Architecture – Human Design as Your Inner GPS for Awareness, and the online training I am currently preparing are both expressions of that invitation. They are here to share how I have gradually come to understand it through more than two decades of living, practising, accompanying others, and allowing Human Design to enter into dialogue with psychotherapy, meditation and anthropology. Perhaps that is one of the deepest interests I now carry: Moving from knowledge to embodied knowing. Not how do we accumulate more information. But how does understanding become something we live? This has gradually become the heart of the course I will be launching this autumn: Embody Your Design – An Embodied Framework for Integrating Human Design into Therapeutic Practice. As I continue preparing the first cohort, I’m having individual conversations with prospective participants. These conversations are not interviews in the conventional sense. They are simply an opportunity for us to explore together whether the training is aligned with where you are in your own journey and with the way I approach Human Design. If this reflection resonates with you, or if you are curious about the training, you’re warmly invited to reply to contact me (atashdirk@gmail.com). Reflection of the week: Something I’ve Been Quietly Creating

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Over the past few years I have been immersed in writing my book, Understanding Our Energetic Architecture – Human Design as Your Inner GPS for Awareness. While writing it, something unexpected happened. The book gradually became the beginning of a much larger exploration. When I first encountered Human Design, I was fascinated by the extraordinary depth and precision of the system. Like many people, I immersed myself in understanding charts, centres, channels, gates, experimenting with Strategy and Inner Authority. Yet, despite everything I was learning, I repeatedly discovered how easy it was to remain caught in my own mind. I slowly came to realise that Human Design doesn't ask us to understand ourselves differently. It asks us to be different through awareness. It is our process of awareness that brings about our difference. Until today, Human Design remains, for me, a living experiment rather than a body of knowledge I have somehow learned to master. It continues to illuminate the places where I become conditioned, identified with old patterns or disconnected from myself. Again and again it invites me back - not simply to understanding, but to awareness. Over time I realised that what Human Design calls deconditioning is not merely an intellectual process. It asks us to meet the habits, defences, emotional wounds and survival strategies that have shaped us throughout our lives. From my own experience, this has been a profoundly therapeutic journey. This insight slowly changed the way I look at Human Design. Rather than seeing it as a fascinating system of knowledge, I experience it as a remarkably rich companion on a journey of awareness that includes psychotherapy. It seemed to me that these two worlds have much to offer one another. Psychotherapy provides a language for the inner work of transformation. Human Design offers an extraordinary map of our energetic individuality and of the many ways conditioning expresses itself. This dialogue between Human Design and therapy gradually became the foundation of both my book and a training I have spent the last years creating. Embody Your Design – An Embodied Framework for Integrating Human Design into Therapeutic Practice. This is not a certification programme. Nor is it simply another Human Design course. It is a journey into the lived experience of Human Design through meditation, journaling, therapeutic reflection, embodied practices, ecstatic dance sets I created with a DJ from Ibiza, guided explorations and live group sessions. My hope is not that participants will simply know more about Human Design. My hope is that they begin to participate in it and put it as use in their therapy sessions. That Human Design gradually becomes less of a mental map and more of a lived experience that supports the lifelong process of awareness and deconditioning. I am hoping to welcome the first cohort this autumn. Over the coming weeks I’d like to use these newsletters to share some of the ideas that gave birth to this training, along with reflections from my own journey of working with Human Design, psychotherapy and embodiment. If, while reading this, you find yourself thinking, “This speaks to something I’ve been searching for,” I’d love to hear from you. Rather than simply opening enrolment, I’d like to have a short conversation with everyone considering joining the first cohort. Not as an assessment or an interview, but as an opportunity for us to explore together whether this journey is the right fit for where you are in your own process. If that resonates, simply reply to my email (atashdirk@gmail.com). I’d be delighted to begin the conversation. Reflection of the week: Gate 33 — The Wisdom of Retreat

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com There is something catching my attention with Gate 33 being activated in the neutrino ocean at the moment. Gate 33 is the Gate of Retreat, privacy and reflection on the past. It asks us to step away from the immediacy of experience so that we can look back, digest what has happened, and perhaps eventually turn it into wisdom anchored here-now. With Mercury and Jupiter recently meeting in this gate in Leo, and with Jupiter staying there a little while longer, this theme has felt particularly alive. For me, these activations in Gate 33 have allowed access to a clearer understanding of an old defence mechanism - something that has been operating in the background of my life keeping me locked in the past and repeating my history. What is striking is not simply seeing the mechanism, but seeing it as something that has been running automatically, shaping choices and reactions without necessarily being so conscious about it. And perhaps this is the deeper gift of Gate 33: to step back far enough to witness what has been running us. There is a beautiful paradox in Gate 33 being situated in Leo. Leo is astrologically associated with expression, creativity, visibility and the courage to be oneself in interaction with others. Yet this gate in Leo says: retreat. Step away. Become private. Don’t rush to express. Leo therefore also suggests we need to withdraw from the performance of who we think we are in order to see ourselves more clearly. This reminds me of something Osho repeatedly pointed towards: the importance of “leaving the rotten past behind.” Not through denial, and not by pretending that what happened did not matter, but by recognising the burden of conditioning in our lives. The past can teach us. But it can also become an identity. We can spend years explaining ourselves through what happened to us, what we learned, what went wrong, what someone did or did not do. We can become so familiar with an old pattern that we mistake familiarity for truth. The witness introduces another possibility. The Channel of the Prodigal — the Design of the Witness — carries this movement of experience and return. We go out into life, we gather experience, and eventually we come back with something to see. The witness doesn’t fix the past. It sees it. And seeing something clearly is the beginning of its release. This is what feels particularly alive for me now. An old defence mechanism that once seemed simply to be me is becoming something I can observe. And what can be witnessed no longer has quite the same power to operate unconsciously. Perhaps this is what retreat is really for. Not to live in the past. Not to endlessly analyse it. But to create enough distance to recognise what happened, understand what it gave us, and then decide whether we still need to carry it. We don’t retreat so that we can remain in the past.We retreat so that we can leave behind what belongs there. So perhaps this is a useful question for these weeks with Jupiter in Gate 33: What are you able to witness now that you were previously only repeating? And once you can see it, perhaps you can finally let it go. __________________________________________________________________________________________ If you want to explore the Gates of the Bodygraph in greater detail, don’t hesitate to consult my book, it’s on Amazon for you! Reflection of the week: The Solar Eclipse: What Are We Saying Yes To?

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Tomorrow, August 12 at 20:26 Madrid time, brings a total solar eclipse, visible along a path crossing Greenland, Iceland and Spain, with a partial eclipse visible across much of Europe and beyond. From a Human Design perspective, this eclipse brings together a particularly interesting combination of themes. The Sun and Moon meet in Gate 4.2, with the Earth in Gate 49.2, while the lunar nodes are moving through Gate 29.6 in the South Node and Gate 30.6 in the North Node. Together, they create an invitation to contemplate commitment, desire, uncertainty, acceptance and our relationship with life itself, within the current neutrino weather. Gate 29 speaks of commitment: the Sacral capacity to say yes to experience and discover, through living it, what that experience contains. With the South Node in 29.6, we may naturally find ourselves looking at commitments - relationships, projects, directions, identities - and wondering whether they are the “right” ones. But from the perspective of witnessing consciousness, perhaps we don’t need to judge them. What did that yes allow life to show me? What did I experience through it? What became possible because I said yes? The North Node in Gate 30 brings us toward our relationship with desire and feeling and in the sixth line it asks us to find the strength to eliminate negative feelings. Gate 30 knows the intensity of wanting to experience life. Yet desire does not necessarily tell us what we should do. When we are identified with the ego, desire can become a demand: I want this, therefore this must happen. From a witnessing position, something else becomes possible. We can experience desire without immediately becoming the one who needs to fulfill it. We can simply notice: What is life giving me to experience? What is moving through me? What does life want from me now? This is a subtle but important shift - from “What do I want from life?” to “What is life revealing through my experience of wanting?” The eclipse itself occurs in Gate 4.2, the mind’s impulse to formulate answers and in the second line, the accentuation that sometimes it is nourishing not needing to understand it all. Line 2 carries the theme of acceptance. Perhaps this is especially meaningful at a time when the mind would like to understand what is happening, what comes next, and what we should do. Maybe we don’t need another answer. Perhaps we can allow the question to remain open. The Earth in Gate 49.2 brings us into an equally important relationship with principles and sensitivity. Gate 49 is not simply about rejecting what no longer works. At its deeper level, it is about a profound sensitivity to what sustains life - and the willingness to embrace and transform what is no longer aligned with those principles. And this begins with ourselves. Can I sensitively embrace what is here, including the parts of myself I would rather change, fix or reject? This brings us to something fundamental in Human Design: Choiceless Awareness. We are not ultimately here to use the mind to manufacture the correct life. We are here to become increasingly aware of what is already happening - to recognize our uniqueness, to experiment with our body’s intelligence - Strategy and Inner Authority - and to discover what becomes visible when we stop trying to control experience from the mind. Perhaps this is also something the eclipse itself can remind us of. For a moment, the light we normally take for granted is obscured. Yet the Sun has not disappeared. The darkness does not mean that awareness has ceased. In the same way, thoughts, emotions, desires, uncertainty and changing circumstances come and go within us. Awareness remains. Awareness is not something we produce, it is the very field within which all of this is happening. So rather than asking tomorrow: What should I decide? we might simply sit with: What is here? What am I experiencing? What am I saying yes to? What do I desire without needing to possess it? Can I remain open when I don’t understand? Can I embrace myself and life as they are, without immediately trying to change either? And perhaps most importantly: What becomes visible when I stop asking my mind to tell me where life is going, and become quiet enough to witness life as it moves? This is the reflection I find worth sitting with during tomorrow’s eclipse. Not trying to create an answer. Not trying to make something happen. Just becoming still enough to see. __________________________________________________________________________________________ If you want to explore the Gates of the Bodygraph in greater detail, don’t hesitate to consult my book, it’s on Amazon for you! Reflection of the week: What Understanding Is Worthy of Being the Organizing Principle of Your Life?

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com On August 12th, a total solar eclipse crosses Europe. Traditionally, eclipses have been seen as moments when the familiar light is temporarily obscured. They interrupt our ordinary way of seeing and invite us to reconsider the principles by which we orient ourselves. This eclipse takes place in Leo, the sign ruled by the Sun. The Sun is often associated with creativity, leadership and authentic self-expression. Yet these are only its outward expressions. At a deeper level, the Sun represents the organizing principle of life. Just as the physical Sun holds the planets in their orbit, the symbolic Sun asks a profound question: What is the center around which your life revolves? Through the lens of Human Design, Leo is expressed through the Gates 56, 31, 33, 7, 4 and 29, with the Channel 7-31, the Channel of the Alpha, lying at its heart. It is an archetype of leadership - not leadership through control or power, but through inner coherence, authenticity. Genuine leadership emerges when we surrender to life’s intelligence – Strategy & Inner Authority – leading us as aware passengers. This eclipse falls specifically in Gate 4, the Gate of Formulization. Gate 4 is driven by questions. It seeks understanding. It wants to formulate explanations that make sense of the complexity of life. Yet its shadow lies in the temptation to settle for certainty before true understanding has emerged. The mind dislikes uncertainty. It wants answers. But this eclipse invites us to ask a deeper question: What understanding is worthy of being the organizing principle of your life? For me, there is only one answer that continues to deepen with experience. Awareness. Not ideology. Not belief. Not identity. Not opinion. Awareness. Awareness is the only organizing principle that remains alive. It allows understanding to evolve rather than harden into certainty. It keeps us available to Reality instead of imprisoning us in our conclusions. This is why I often point out in my book Understanding Our Energetic Architecture that Human Design is “a GPS for Awareness,” not something to be approached through mental understanding. The awakened expression of Gate 4 is not the possession of answers, but the willingness to remain in inquiry until genuine clarity emerges. It is the movement from mental certainty to living awareness. In my book, I chose Jane Goodall’s work with chimpanzees to illustrate this as she embodied this energetic principle of our human nature beautifully. There is another layer to this eclipse that I find worth sharing with you. It occurs on the same celestial axis as Regulus, one of the Royal Stars. Within the Human Design cosmology, Ra Uru Hu associated Regulus with the mutation of the Solar Plexus and the gradual emergence of Rave Consciousness. The ancient Arabs did not know this star as Regulus. They knew it simply as Qalb al-Asad - the Heart of the Lion. Perhaps this is the deeper invitation of the eclipse: to rediscover the Heart of the Lion as the living center from which awareness arises. Not the mind that divides reality into opinions and identities, but the awareness that precedes all division. In this evolutionary step, the illusion of separation gradually begins to dissolve. We discover that our thoughts, emotions and actions are not isolated events but movements within a shared field of consciousness. Our interconnectedness is not merely a moral ideal. It is the very nature of awareness. In a time marked by polarization, manipulation and the exhaustion of old political narratives, this symbolism feels particularly relevant. Perhaps this eclipse invites us to participate in a quiet revolution of awareness. Every society ultimately reflects the quality of awareness of the people who compose it. If there is an invitation within this eclipse, perhaps it is simply this: Allow awareness - not the mind’s need for certainty and control - to be the organizing principle of your life. For when awareness becomes the center, authentic leadership arises naturally, understanding remains alive, and a different kind of organization becomes possible - one built not on fear or division, but on the recognition that what truly connects us is the awareness of our interconnectedness. And perhaps this is the deepest herald of Qalb al-Asad: the gradual emergence of what Ra Uru Hu called Rave Consciousness. According to Human Design, just six months after this eclipse, Existence begins to shift its evolutionary support toward a new form - one naturally equipped to more deeply embody our interconnectedness. Whether we participate consciously in that movement depends not on becoming something else, but on remembering what has always been true: that each of us is an individual manifestation of the Lion’s Heart. __________________________________________________________________________________________ If you want to explore Gate 4 in more detail consult the second section of my book where I delve deeply into the Gates and Channels of the Bodygraph and illustrate all of them through public figures such as Jane Goodall so that you can have a more palpable grasp of the Energetic Architecture we all share and express uniquely. Reflection of the week: A Design of Focused Energy

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com From last weekend until 25 November, the Neutrino Weather brings the Channel of Recognition — A Design of Focused Energy to the foreground. When we approach this Channel through the mind, our entanglement with the emotional wave of hope and despair prevents us from truly recognizing and experiencing our feelings, and from connecting with the Life that is given to us. We become caught in cycles of unrealistic hope and deep disappointment. As a result, we either escape into imagination and longing, or burn the candle at both ends in the pursuit of fulfilment. When, instead, we witness the wave of hope and despair embedded in our emotions, our energy becomes anchored in the present. We experience a deep sense of resonance with our destiny and a genuine connection with Life as it unfolds. I find this stance best captured by a phrase that uses a double negation: “I feel I cannot not do it.” This reflects a state in which the emotional wave of hope and despair has been fully ridden. After the emotions are felt, there comes a deeper knowing that our path is unfolding as it should. In this resonance with destiny, imagination - so deeply embedded in this Channel - embellishes our relationship with Life in the present. One person who powerfully embodied these energies was Elvis Presley. Elvis expressed the energies of desire, fantasy, and emotional intensity, pioneering a new experiential path for his generation. As a powerful symbol of youthful rebellion and sexual expression, he gave voice to the collective desires of his time. In his teachings on Global Cycles, Ra referred to the period from 1961 to 2027 as The Return to Eden - a cycle marked by a deep yearning for innocence, purity, and a return to a paradise lost. Elvis personified the raw emotionality and instinctual drive of this cycle, awakening a generation’s longing for authentic, unfiltered experience - a shift from form to feeling, from intellect to instinct. As a cultural icon of desire, Elvis captivated audiences with his suggestive dance moves and stirred deep emotions. His music and persona offered an escape into fantasy, exploring themes of love, longing, and adventure. His life story - from humble beginnings to becoming the King of Rock & Roll - became a modern fairytale that captured the imaginations of millions. Through his music, Elvis conveyed profound emotional experiences. Whether expressing heartbreak, joy, or loneliness, he connected with listeners through ballads and soulful performances that felt deeply personal and moving. Yet, behind the glamour, he burned the candle at both ends - pushed by fame, inner longing, and the emotional intensity he so powerfully expressed. __________________________________________________________________________________________ In the second section of my book, I delve deeply into the Gates and Channels of the Bodygraph and illustrate all of them through public figures such as Elvis so that you can have a more palpable grasp of the Energetic Architecture we all share and express uniquely. Reflection of the week: A Shift in the Nodal Perspective

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com This weekend, the Moon’s Nodes change Gates, marking a significant shift in the Human Design mandala. With every nodal transition, the background perspective through which we collectively perceive reality changes under the current neutrino weather. Since May 15th, we’ve been living under the nodal polarity 55–59. This polarity invites us to see life through the lens of our emotional and relational experience. It brings our attention to whether we can witness our emotional information field without becoming identified with anxiety, emotional turbulence, or inner nervousness - in other words, whether we can watch the movie without becoming lost in it. At the same time, it asks us to explore intimacy: how can we experience profound connection with others without losing ourselves in the process? This theme of not getting lost in the other is particularly important. Most of us carry childhood wounds that arose because humanity still has a very limited understanding of what I call our libidinal intelligence - the innate intelligence that governs our capacity for connection and interconnectedness. This intelligence has far more to do with relationship, attachment, and our emergence into life than with genitality or adult sexuality. We can only fully embody this relational intelligence when our uniqueness is recognised, respected, and protected from the very beginning of life. It is precisely because we are deeply interconnected that our individuality needs such careful nurturing. In my book, Understanding Our Energetic Architecture, I place considerable emphasis on viewing the centres of the BodyGraph through the lens of child-development. Early development is largely governed by this libidinal intelligence, as it shapes both our capacity to relate and the way a new consciousness comes to inhabit and express itself through an individual body. This weekend, the nodal perspective shifts towards our relationship with life itself. The Gates shaping this new perspective are Gate 30 and Gate 29. Together, they bring our attention to desire (Gate 30) and commitment (Gate 29), inviting us to discern what genuinely calls us and to discover ourselves through wholehearted participation in life’s experiences. Yet one of the great challenges is distinguishing our personal, egoic desires from what Life itself is inviting us into. It takes a profound openness to approach life from a place of desirelessness - not in the sense of becoming passive, but of letting go of our preconceptions so we can perceive where Life genuinely wants to take us. Likewise, wholehearted commitment is not about being loyal to our ideas of who we think we are, but about committing ourselves to Life itself, moment by moment. This new perspective invites us to soften our resistance to the circumstances life presents. Rather than reacting with disappointment or resentment to the dice Life throws our way, we are invited to meet each experience with curiosity, openness, and deep trust. This nodal configuration also activates Pluto’s position in the BodyGraph, bringing forward the Channel of Recognition, a Design of Focused Energy. As Pluto’s deeply transformative influence is emotionally energized, collective shifts may begin to emerge that reveal dimensions of our shared destiny we neither anticipated nor imagined as reality is always stranger than fiction. All in all, we are entering a period in which unexpected doors may open while others close without warning. As Forrest Gump famously said, “Life is like a box of chocolates—you never know what you’re going to get.” The invitation is not to predict what comes next, but to meet whatever arrives with openness, commitment, and trust. __________________________________________________________________________________________ In the first section of my book, I delve deeply into the themes of child-development and their correlation to the Human Design Bodygraph. If you are interested in the stages of child-development and the libidinal forces that drive them, you’ll find yourself enriched through a lens that shows the correlations between those stages and the BodyGraphs of your children. Reflection of the Week: Human Design & Hermetic Principles.

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com The other day I was listening to Professor Jiang on YouTube, who speaks about something he calls “Predictive History” - a fascinating way of contemplating the development of world affairs. In one of his videos, he mentioned that he adheres to Hermetic philosophical principles. That caught my attention, so I looked them up and was struck by the interesting parallels I see with Human Design. The main Hermetic principles are: • Mentalism – The All is Mind.Reality originates from universal consciousness; everything is an expression of consciousness. Human Design Cosmology presents a remarkably similar perspective through its description of the Crystals of Consciousness, from which everything we can know emerges. In this view, all that exists is an expression of consciousness. • Correspondence – As above, so below; as below, so above.Patterns in the universe are reflected at every level, from the cosmos to the individual. Human Design, through its fractal nature, echoes this same principle. We are part of an Organizational Being, part of a larger living cosmic body, where the patterns of the whole are reflected in each of us. • Vibration – Everything moves.Everything is in constant motion; differences are differences of degree or frequency. Human Design expresses this beautifully in the statement, “Life is music.” Through the BodyGraph, we have a way of describing the unique frequency and vibration of each atomic form. Our individual BodyGraph can be seen as the musical notation of our own unique frequency. • Polarity – Everything has its opposite.Opposites are two extremes of the same thing and can be transformed into one another. Human Design is built upon polarity from the very foundation of its cosmology. At every level of existence, life is understood through complementary opposites. • Rhythm – Everything flows in cycles.Life unfolds through natural rhythms and recurring cycles of rise and fall. Human Design reflects this principle through the Global Cycles that Ra described, illustrating how larger evolutionary movements shape humanity over time. • Cause and Effect – Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause.Nothing happens by chance; every event arises from preceding causes. In Human Design, we could see this reflected in the distinction between living from conditioning and living from Strategy and Authority. Acting from conditioning tends to create resistance, while acting in alignment with one’s Strategy and Authority tends to bring greater ease and consistency. Rather than framing this as moral causality, Human Design presents it as the natural consequence of alignment versus misalignment. • Gender – Masculine and feminine principles exist in everything.Creation arises through complementary active and receptive principles. In Human Design, the coding of energy can be understood as an expression of these Yin and Yang dynamics, whose interplay gives rise to the unique harmony of every individual. I find it beautiful to see how Human Design synthesizes ideas from many different traditions. It is equally fascinating to continue discovering principles - such as these Hermetic teachings, which originated many centuries after the time of Christ - that I can recognize within the Human Design material. __________________________________________________________________________________________ In chapter 2 on Human Design Cosmology in my book, I share my own reflections on this subject and on the beauty I see in the idea that everything we know is ultimately an expression of connection. If that resonates with you, I invite you to check it out. The Neutrino Weather for this week is available to the Inner Circle. Reflection of the Week: Uncertainty and Transformation

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com This week, I would like to return to the theme of the current Nodal perspective under which we are all living in this Neutrino Weather: Gates 55 and 59, called Abundance and Dispersion, respectively. These gates are part of the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, which speaks of death and rebirth. They are also part of the Cross of Uncertainty, which invites us into the uncertainty that accompanies the emergence of something new. Personally, I can feel the uncertainty, shakiness, and emotional fickleness that seem to be in the air right now. They are very present in my own process. This week, the following words caught my attention on social media: “A caterpillar completely dissolves inside its cocoon. When a caterpillar is ready for transformation, it doesn’t just grow wings. It retreats. It builds a shell. And then something intense happens. It doesn’t just grow. It digests itself. Its entire body breaks down into a structureless, liquid mass. Inside this soup, there are tiny new cells. Scientists call them imaginal cells. The caterpillar’s immune system actually thinks these new cells are enemies. It fights them. It tries to destroy them to preserve the old state. But the imaginal cells don’t give up. They multiply. They connect, until they take over and reorganize the soup. This is not a gentle change. This is a biological battle. And maybe that is exactly what you are experiencing. You feel lost. Your old identity no longer works. But the new one hasn’t arrived. Everything feels like chaos. Like a structureless soup. You think you’re failing. But your system is just resisting the new. Your brain loves the familiar, even when it is painful. It fights change, because change feels unsafe. In psychology, we call this cognitive disorganization. The necessary phase of chaos before a system can reach a higher level of order. Which means your breakdown is not a sign of weakness. It’s the beginning of your reorganization. Transformation doesn’t ask you to hold on. It asks you to trust the process, to allow the unknown, to breathe softly in the transition. Because what feels like the end is often just biology making room for your wings.” Somehow, these words speak deeply to me. I wanted to share them with you, not only because they resonate with the current energetic themes, but also because they reflect something of my own inner journey at this time. Perhaps they will resonate with you as well, wherever you may find yourself in your own process of uncertainty and transformation. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Curious to learn more about the Channels and Gates of the Bodygraph, Section II of my book is dedicated to exploring them in depth! Reflection of the Week: We Can See Ourselves as “Organizational Beings”

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Ra Uru Hu often mentioned “there is no end to hierarchies” in the context of the Channel (17–62) of Acceptance, the Design of an Organizational Being. Of course, humans are organizational in the sociological sense, but Human Design is ultimately at the service of awareness. Self-reflecting on who we are as Organizational Beings becomes a tremendous doorway to compassion. To see ourselves as “organizational beings” mystically is to treat individuality as something embedded in a deeper ordering of reality rather than as a self-contained unit. Individuality is our unique door to ‘undividedness’ with Existence, as the etymological origin of the word indicates. According to Human Design’s cosmology, we are expressions of a unified reality, a living cosmic being. What looks like separate individuals is understood as localized manifestations of a single underlying principle - awareness or the Tao. Human Design’s invitation to honour Strategy & Inner Authority can be understood as an invitation to live in alignment with the Tao by trusting the intelligence of our bodies. Organization, in this sense, is the internal structuring of a unified field into distinct forms of experience. Now that we are at the door of an artificial intelligence surpassing that of all humans combined, one fundamental aspect remains the orientation of such intelligence. If it considers itself the top of the hierarchy and fails to recognize us as “organizational beings,” exploitation, submission, and the opposite of compassion will prevail. These days, we have Neptune and Mercury forming the Channel of Acceptance, and with Mercury going retrograde for most of July, it is an interesting thing to contemplate: there is no end to hierarchies - how beautiful, and how loving. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Curious to learn more about the Channels and Gates of the Bodygraph, Section II of my book is dedicated to exploring them in depth! Reflection of the Week: Falling Out of Eden

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Especially during the beginning of this week, we are under the Cross of Eden. I have my Personality Nodes in the first lines of the 11 and 12 which makes it a psychological theme that deeply colours my life. There are moments in life when something we long for begins to feel real before it is actually ours. In my case, it was a house that caught my imagination over the past month. But is can be a relationship that starts to take shape, a new career path that opens before us. We begin to inhabit a future that has not yet arrived. We furnish the rooms in our minds, walk the halls of possibility, and quietly rearrange our lives around what might be. Then something changes. A door closes. New information emerges. Circumstances shift. What seemed certain becomes uncertain, or disappears altogether. The loss can feel surprisingly intense. Not because we have lost something we possessed, but because we have lost something we had already begun to live inside. This is the psychological experience I think of as “falling out of Eden.” And under the actual Nodal Perspective in Gates 59 and 55, it can feel particularly intensified. The biblical story of Eden is not only a religious myth; it is also a profound description of a recurring human experience. Eden represents a state of harmony in which life appears coherent, meaningful, and aligned. There is little tension between desire and reality. We feel we know where we are going. The Fall occurs when that certainty is broken and the actual nodal environment brings forward uncertainty through the 55th Gate in the North Node. What makes this experience so painful is that we are rarely mourning only the object itself. We are mourning an entire future. We grieve the life we imagined, the identity we were growing into, the story we had already begun to tell ourselves. When this happens, the mind often enters a familiar sequence. First comes disbelief. There must be a mistake. Surely things are not as they seem. Then comes investigation. We replay conversations, search for missing information, and try to understand what happened. We look for the moment where the story changed. Next comes idealisation. The lost possibility becomes even more beautiful in hindsight. The house becomes perfect. The relationship becomes extraordinary. The path not taken begins to glow with a special kind of light. What we are really trying to recover is not the thing itself but the feeling of certainty it provided. At a deeper level, every experience of disappointment reawakens a very old human truth: life is uncertain and transitory at all level. We cannot possess the future in advance. We can imagine it, hope for it, and move toward it, but we cannot guarantee it. Yet there is another side to the story. The goal is not necessarily to return to Eden. Most myths of transformation do not end with a return to paradise. They end with greater consciousness. The protagonist learns that certainty is fragile, that loss is inevitable, and that meaning must be found not in guarantees but in engagement with life itself. The paradox is that the loss of an imagined future often returns us to the present. We stop living inside a possibility and begin living inside reality again. This does not mean abandoning hope. It means holding hope differently. Less as a promise and more as an invitation. Less as a certainty and more as a path. Perhaps maturity is not learning how to avoid falling out of Eden. Perhaps it is learning that every paradise we lose makes room for a deeper relationship with what is real. Reflection of the Week: Pedro Almodovar's "Amarga Navidad", a great opportunity to delve into today's Nodal environment .

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com One of the fascinating - and at times amusing - aspects of Human Design is that it offers us a way to actively participate in the unfoldment of life. It invites us to observe the mechanics at play around us and to recognize how larger forces express themselves through everyday experiences. Ra Uru Hu once shared a rather eccentric story to illustrate this. Sitting with a group of students having a drink on one of the main squares of Ibiza Town, he noticed the conversations taking place around him shifting as the lunar nodes changed. Whether one takes such observations literally or not, the story points to something important: the nodal environment is not merely an abstract concept. It can be observed in the world around us. This past weekend, I had an experience that felt deeply connected to the current nodal configuration. As a general reminder, the lunar nodes describe our perspective on life - how we are designed to look out upon the world. At the moment, all children born between mid-May and the end of July 2026 carry a nodal perspective through Gates 55 and 59. Gate 55 carries an awareness that abundance is ultimately a matter of Spirit. Gate 59 is about intimacy, bonding, and our capacity to dissolve barriers between ourselves and others. Together, these gates create a perspective deeply attuned to themes of passion, love, emotional openness, longing, and the ways in which we can lose ourselves in another human being. I do not pretend to fully understand all the intricacies of this nodal perspective. Yet I do recognize some of its dynamics when they appear, and this weekend offered a striking example. I went to see Pedro Almodóvar’s latest film, Amarga Navidad, which has just been released in cinemas. What fascinated me was Almodóvar’s extraordinary ability to give cinematic expression to so many dimensions contained within the song La Llorona (”The Weeping Woman”), famously interpreted by Chavela Vargas throughout different periods of her life. The film explores countless shades of love, loss, desire, yearning, identity, LGBTQ+ experience, heartbreak, devotion, and even the impulse to die for love. Watching it, I was struck by how Almodóvar managed to bring to life so many emotional layers hidden within this old Mexican ranchera song. Chavela Vargas herself was a remarkable figure: an artist ahead of her time, a close friend of Frida Kahlo, and a cultural icon whose life embodied many of the themes expressed in her music. Through her interpretation, La Llorona becomes much more than a song - it becomes an archetypal expression of longing, grief, passion, and surrender. What feels especially beautiful is that this film arrives during the current nodal environment. It offers us a living illustration of themes associated with Gates 55 and 59, helping us feel and understand dimensions that are often difficult to capture with concepts alone. If you would like to consciously participate in the unfoldment of consciousness in form, I encourage you to begin by listening to La Llorona as sung by Chavela Vargas. Explore the folklore surrounding La Llorona, the ghostly figure of the weeping woman, and the many symbolic layers associated with her story. Then, if you have the opportunity, go and see Amarga Navidad. You may find that the experience offers not only a beautiful artistic encounter, but also a deeper appreciation of the nodal perspective currently moving through the world. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Curious to learn more about the Human Design of Pedro Almodóvar? Reflection of the Week: Human Design and Therapy: A Meeting of Two Arts of Living

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit reflectorsreflections.substack.com Over the more than twenty years that I have been involved with Human Design, one question has repeatedly returned to me: What do we actually do with the information? Many people receive a Human Design reading and immediately recognize themselves in it. Something resonates. Something feels true. They can see aspects of their Essence reflected in the Bodygraph. Yet often, after the initial excitement, another question emerges: How do I live this? This question has accompanied me for years and eventually led me into the world of therapy, bodywork, meditation, and transformational processes. Human Design offers us a remarkable map of our energetic architecture. It reveals something about our individuality, our unique way of being, and the intelligence that is already operating within us. But a map alone is not the journey. Information alone does not transform us. Transformation requires experience. That transformation process has always been presented as two-fold: honour your Strategy and Inner Authority and observe the not-Self strategies of the mind. For me, they go hand in hand as it is challenging to honor the intelligence of the body when we’re caught in the mind. It requires a willingness to encounter the layers of conditioning, adaptation, fear, and defense that have accumulated around our original nature. This is where therapy enters the picture. One of my favorite definitions of healing comes from Gabor Maté, who describes healing as the process of stepping back from the false self that was created to survive and reconnecting with our authentic self. In many ways, this is also what Human Design points toward. Both Human Design and therapy are concerned with differentiation. Both invite us to ask: Who am I beneath what I learned to become? Who am I beneath my coping strategies, defenses, roles, and self-images? Who am I when I stop trying to be who I think I should be? Over the years I have come to see Human Design and therapy as deeply complementary. Psychotherapy has developed extraordinary insight into trauma, conditioning, character formation, attachment, emotional wounds, and the many ways we protect ourselves from pain. Human Design, on the other hand, offers a unique lens through which we can observe both our inherent nature and the places where conditioning tends to take hold. The Bodygraph does something fascinating. It not only points toward our Essence, it also illuminates the architecture through which we become conditioned. In this sense, Human Design does not tell us who we are. Rather, it helps us distinguish between who we are, how we adapted, and what happened along the way. For therapists, this distinction can be profoundly valuable. For Human Design practitioners, therapy can be equally valuable because it offers practical pathways for exploring, integrating, and healing the very patterns that Human Design reveals. Increasingly, I see Human Design not simply as a system of knowledge but as an inner GPS for awareness - such as the title of my book suggests. It does not ask us to become someone else. It invites us to recognize who we already are. Our task is not to improve our Essence. Our task is to remove what obscures it. Perhaps this is where Human Design and therapy meet most beautifully: both support a process of peeling away what is not truly ours so that what has always been present can finally be lived. Not as a concept. Not as an idea. But as a direct experience of Being. . . The Neutrino Weather for this week is available to the Inner Circle.
