Living out of a backpack for nearly 3 years and traveling to 70 countries while running 12 operating companies with nearly 300 employes. He's a fellow traveler, not a guru — but be prepared to rethink virtually everything you thought you knew

From Conflict to Connection: Dan Messinger on Leadership, Trust & Executive Presence

Dan Messinger Authentic, Deep OG Conflict Resolution Expert and Executive Presence Trainer whose Passion is to Transform Leaders, Teams, and Organizations. Worked with Google, Facebook, CAT, Sargento and others. I’m a Conflict Resolution expert and Executive Presence trainer. I’ve worked with Google, Facebook, CAT, IMAX, hp, Sargento, and so many others. I’m authentic and I run deep. I’m able to help leaders, teams, and organizations transform because I’ve spent decades transforming myself. When facilitating Conflict Resolution, I teach leaders how to bring up concerns without blame and how to listen without defensiveness. I then facilitate challenging and delicate conversations where the leaders must use these same communication tools. When people communicate without blame and defensiveness, all of the old stories and misperceptions crumble and they are left with the authentic connection and mutual trust they just created. When facilitating Executive Presence trainings, I help leaders discover their authentic self which in itself is powerful and inspirational. I do this by helping leaders become conscious of their unconscious thought and behavior patterns so that they can make conscious proactive choices about how they want to think, act, and even feel, which transforms their results and way of being. I help leaders become present by helping them become conscious within the myriad of ways we take for granted every day: how we think, how we move, how we speak, how we sit and stand. When leaders choose to become conscious in this way throughout their day, they actualize their authentic self and their true executive presence.

Shakti Sharma Founder, The Feminine Wealth Movement. Feminine Wealth Movement is where emotional intelligence meets financial power to build wealth and break limits, one business leader at a time. Shakti supports leaders ready to build wealth on their own terms. She covers money mindset, entrepreneurship, sales strategy, high ticket offers, marketing, and lifestyle design through real lived stories that inspire, equip, and get you richly paid. Join the movement! After 12 years leading strategy in financial services, management consulting, and investment banking, I walked away from corporate to build something of my own and never looked back. Within 15 months I built my first brick and mortar business to six figures. Since then I've scaled to $600K+, helped over 1,200 clients transform their relationship with their own self, marriage, partners, money and business, and watched my clients land six figure contracts they once thought were impossible for someone like them. But here's what makes me a different kind of wealth conversation: I'll be the first to tell you that making money and keeping it are two very different skills. I can help a client scale to six figures and still admit I'm working on paying myself consistently. That kind of honesty is rare and it's exactly what women need to hear.

The Neuroscience of Leadership with Dr. Marcia Ruben | Rewire. Untangle. Lead.

Marcia Ruben The Untangle Doctor. Dr. Marcia Ruben is an executive coach, organizational consultant, and graduate leadership professor emerita with more than three decades of experience helping leaders cut through complexity and lead with clarity. She's the author of The Neuroscience of Leadership: Rewire. Untangle. Lead., which translates brain science into practical tools leaders can actually use — so they can stop reacting and start leading with intention. For more than three decades, I've sat across from leaders who are smart, capable, and completely overwhelmed. They're not failing because they lack skill or drive — they're stuck because their brains are running patterns that made sense once and now work against them. That's the work I've dedicated my career to: helping leaders untangle those patterns and lead from a place of clarity and confidence instead of reaction and fear. I'm an executive coach, organizational consultant, and graduate leadership professor emerita with a doctorate and a deep background as a student of social cognitive neuroscience. I was awarded two teaching awards. My new book, The Neuroscience of Leadership: Rewire. Untangle. Lead., just launched and hit number one new release on Amazon in both Business & Management and Social Science Research within days. What I bring to your listeners isn't a pep talk or a productivity hack. It's a grounded, research-informed framework that explains why capable leaders get stuck — and exactly what they can do about it. Your audience will walk away understanding their own brain a little better, and with practical tools they can use the moment they're back at their desk. If your listeners are leaders navigating complexity, uncertainty, or the kind of pressure that makes good people react badly, this conversation is for them.

Putting the Human Back in AI: Practical Strategies for Overwhelmed Entrepreneurs with Bryant Oberg

Bryant Oberg Founder of Human Co-Pilot, Helping Business Owners and Professionals Put the Human Back in AI. I'm Bryant Oberg, the founder of Human Co-Pilot, where I help business owners put the human back in AI. I work with entrepreneurs, executives and business professionals who feel overwhelmed by AI to help them actually utilize this technology. I live in Jerusalem with my wife and four, who range from six to four months. I gave up a position as a partner at a hedge fund to explore my dream of entrepreneurship and I found my footing in AI. Never a tech geek, I now wear the tech hat. My focus is not on hype or technical jargon, but on helping real people understand where AI fits in their business. My journey isn't smooth, nor is it wildly successful (yet), but I am one of the few people spending hours every day understanding how to practically leverage this technology for the tired professional, exhausted executive and overwhelmed entrepreneur.

The Calm and Connected Parent: Ending Power Struggles Through Emotional Leadership with Todd Sarner

Todd Sarner For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with parents who love their children deeply, have read the books, tried the advice, and still find themselves stuck in daily conflict, power struggles, and self-doubt. Again and again, I saw the same pattern: good parents were being taught to manage behavior at the surface, while the real drivers of family stress were going unaddressed. As a licensed psychotherapist, parent coach, and former faculty member of the Neufeld Institute, I built my work around a different approach, one rooted in attachment, emotional regulation, and calm, connected leadership. I help parents understand what is actually happening underneath the behavior so they can stop reacting, start leading, and create lasting change in their homes. What makes me a strong podcast guest is that I bring both depth and practicality. I can speak to the psychology, the neuroscience, and the family dynamics, but I also know how to translate those ideas into language that feels accessible, compassionate, and genuinely useful to listeners. My goal is not just to sound insightful. It is to leave audiences feeling relieved, understood, and better equipped. I’m the author of The Calm & Connected Parent, which focuses on raising resilient children in the age of screens, stress, and AI. I also have a forthcoming book, The Weather Maker: A Father’s Guide to Transforming His Marriage, His Family, and Himself, scheduled for release in September 2026. Together, these books give me a timely and meaningful lens for conversations not only about parenting, but also about fathers, marriage, emotional leadership, and the deeper work of shaping a healthy family culture. If a host wants a guest who can offer substance, warmth, and actionable insight, while speaking directly to the struggles so many parents and couples quietly carry, I’m a strong fit.

Natalie Luke: The Trust Tax—Why Burnout Is a Responsibility Design Problem

Natalie Luke Burnout isn't a wellness problem. It's a responsibility design problem — and I can prove it. The year my house burned down, my organization asked me to publish 15 peer-reviewed papers. Most professors produce one or two in a year. I had a destroyed home, a family to hold together, and a publication pipeline that couldn't stop moving. There was no playbook for what I was being asked to carry. And there was certainly no one in the room formally acknowledging how much of it had quietly become mine. That year didn't break me — but it forced me to solve something I hadn't seen clearly before. If I was going to survive at this level, I couldn't just work harder or manage my time better. I had to completely rethink how I led — what was actually mine to own, what I was absorbing out of habit or reward, and what the structure around me kept funneling in my direction whether I agreed to it or not. What I discovered is what your audience is living right now. The most capable people in any organization become the default holders of everything unclaimed. Not because they're weak. Because they're trusted. Because they step in. Because the alternative is watching things fall — and they care too much to let that happen. That dynamic has a cost. I call it the Trust Tax. And it compounds invisibly until suddenly it doesn't. Your audience doesn't need another framework for doing more. They need someone who has lived at the intersection of impossibly high stakes and structural chaos — and came out the other side with a research-backed answer to the question nobody is asking out loud: Is this just what it takes to be this good at this level — or is something actually wrong with the system? The answer is yes. Something is wrong with the system. And it can be fixed. That's what I bring to your show.

Pam Landry: Caregiver Resilience, Self-Care and Rediscovering Your Inner Compass

Pam Landry Caregivers and others who care for family members while managing a career WHY BOOK ME While I'm a nice person, it's my peaceful presence that creates a safe space for an audience to allow their inner wisdom to begin to shine through as they listen. For some change-seekers, I represent an example of how post-intense life experiences, such as caregiving, can look. It's not about what I do for a living now, but how I successfully navigated the chaos with a resiliency that boosted, rather than weakened, my mental health state. Listening to your chat with me, could spark the realization within your audience that change is not only possible but that it's within them to decide to make whatever change they desire most. Holding space for others is the strongest of my super powers. I unintentionally honed it throughout my life to serve the various chapters in my journey from the corporate world to prayer chaplain, and, ultimately, to becoming a health/inner connection coach with certifications in multiple disciplines to better support my clients. ABOUT I have a passion for people who care for others in whatever capacity, including caring for self. I am a space-holding haven for change seekers who have misplaced their inner compass while caring for others. I use focused inquiries to inspire and support self-discovery, bringing compassion, empathy, and experience to each meeting. I offer a collaborative effort, creating self-awareness and maintainable changes. I believe that each person knows what to do to resolve difficulties, but situations keep them stuck and unable to access their inner wisdom by themselves.

Peter S. Bergeron: The Trapped Operator | 12 Fatal Issues Facing Small Businesses

Peter S. Bergeron Author of The Trapped Operator and Creator of the 12 Fatal Issues for Small Business Framework. My name is Peter Bergeron. I am the author of The Trapped Operator™ and creator of the 12 Fatal Issues Framework™ — a structural diagnostic system built from fifty years inside small businesses, including nearly two decades running my family's business before closing its doors on January 13, 2020. That fifty years did not start in a classroom. It started on the showroom floor of my dad's business in 1977, when I was four years old. By six I was matching incoming inventory against packing lists. By fourteen I was good enough at the work that my mom, who ran the administrative side, had to fire me for the kind of trouble fourteen-year-olds cause when they know too much and answer to nobody. I spent the next two decades working inside other small businesses — a gas station, a financial services firm, a job shop, a beer distributor — moving through bookkeeping, controller, and operations roles, learning the same structural patterns repeating across different industries, different owners, different decades. When I finally had enough experience and an MBA to back it up, my dad called and said, in the way he said most things, "I think you might finally be smart enough to come work for me." I said yes without hesitation. Closing that business in January 2020 left me with more questions than answers. That drove me back to pursue my doctorate, and what I quickly discovered was that what happened to us was the norm, not the exception. What started as a personal search for what I did wrong evolved into something larger — how do we stop other families from repeating the same fate. Three years of research led to an answer: what small business owners experience every day is not bad luck or personal failure. It is a predictable, structural condition that no existing framework had been built to explain or address. The Small Business Durability Model and the 12 Fatal Issues Framework™ were built to fill that gap. What a podcast audience gains from a conversation with me is not theory for theory's sake. It is fifty years of pattern recognition from inside the businesses most frameworks were never built to describe — translated into language that does not require a business degree to follow, but never talks down to the people living it. The Trapped Operator™ released July 1, 2026. Information about the book, the framework, a preview, reader reviews, where to buy it, and how to claim your bonus gift are all at thetrappedoperator.com. I am a doctoral candidate in business administration at Johnson & Wales University, with a dissertation focused on family business succession and generational transfer, and an adjunct instructor of Entrepreneurial Mindset at Florida Gulf Coast University.
