About 1 in 5 people with ADHD have Bipolar and there are many overlapping symptoms between the two, including: impulsiveness, sensitivity, attention and memory problems, irritability and hyperfocus.
In the first of two episodes exploring the links between Bipolar and ADHD, we speak to journalist David Harper, who works for LBC, the BBC and ITV, and lives with both Bipolar and ADHD.
David's an ambassador for Bipolar UK and wants to encourage more open conversations about mental health and to help others feel less alone.
