Going to your first munch is weirdly scary... until you realize everyone there is just as nervous as you are!
A munch is a casual way to meet your people in real life. You can go by a scene name, bring a partner, or just listen at first. No pressure to play, overshare, or know anyone beforehand.
Introverted, neurodivergent, or just not a fan of walking into a room full of strangers? You’re not alone. Ask the organizer what to expect, stay as long as you’re comfortable, and leave when you need to.
The people who seem intimidating at first are usually just regular humans trying not to be awkward too!
