Season Two Preview

Public interest and support for new forestry in Ireland has never been higher. And so in this Season Two Preview I give an overview of the three broad questions I'll be addressing in the twelve upcoming episodes of the Forestry Now podcast. 1) How do we plant and manage forests well? 2) How can forests deliver for nature and biodiversity? And 3) How do we produce the timber we need while making sure forestry works within the wider rural landscape? So, whether you’re already managing a forest, thinking about planting one, or just interested in what's happening in the woods around you, I hope you’ll join me in the coming weeks and months. Season Two of the podcast is supported by the Irish Department of Agriculture Food and the Marine.
